A Hidden Gem with a Fantastic Pool

We had an amazing stay at this house in Florida! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to do, and being right on the water made it even more special. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Spring break 2025

The property and grounds were exactly as described. We were very pleased with that. The house lacked organization. There were random pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, other things un bedroom closets. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were the same way. The foosball table was not in the garage, and it was not at all like the picture. Many random things once again were in there. I know for most, this is not a big deal. It just kind of bothered us. We would stay again. I would just spend half a day helping to organize.

Like a mini resort!

This place is amazing! It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! Even the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming! The pool and hot tub were clean and warm! The house was clean and the beds were comfy! Manatees came right up to the dock! Definitely a beautiful area! We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Home, Great Location, and Lots to do!

Our stay was fabulous! The home was perfect inside and out! We enjoyed all the amenities this home offered, the pool, hot tub, fishing, kayaking, bike rides to the beach, watching our favorite sports games by the pool, and playing board games and video games. This property has it all! The property manager was responsive and attentive as well.

Amazing house

The whole process was easy and smooth. We where all happy to even have a place to go, had a house rented in St James for a family get to together( mother in law, San Diego and both our boys who are in the AF and home on leave, but got canceled due to the storms.The house was amazing. We will be back!

We LOVED this rental!

This rental is exactly as described! I was in awe walking through the front door!! It has everything you need and then some. My favorite part was getting up every morning and sitting out on the deck watching the sun come up! Our son absolutely loved the pool and the foosball table! Check in and out was super easy. The rental company was very responsive and helpful.We will most definitely be back :)

Over all very pleased The 3 stars for cleaniess is because on arrival there was dog poop left in pet area, empty water bottles and cups in the patio hut. Also when stripping the beds as requested on departure I was in shock of how disgusting all 3 mattress pad covers were full of soiled stains.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The kayaks were a blast on the canal with multiple dolphin sightings. The pool and hot tub were spotless. Our family loved playing a game of pool, and Foosball. Our family also enjoyed the time we spent here for Mothers Day. I would absolutely recommend this property for a very relaxing stay.

What a view

We had a wonderful week here. The weather was beautiful and the house was perfect for our stay. The backyard is incredible with pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, tons of lounging areas and the view to the open water is great. The garage has a pool table and other games. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, from coffee, to cups, to plates, etc. The beds are very comfortable too. Primary shower was a little tight, and the TV was a little weird for us, but it worked and we could watch what we needed once we figured it out. It was a very comfortable stay and just a couple blocks to the bridge to Anna Maria/Holmes beach. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

House had everything!

The house was in a great location with a beautiful view and and we enjoyed mostly breezy days. My grandson fished every day, my kids and grandkids loved the paddleboards. We just had everything we needed. Absolutely loved it!

Everything that was advertised and much MORE!

Perfect location, beautiful house with all that we could have needed and more! These owners have outdone themselves with providing all that you could possibly need during your stay and then some. We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to plan our next stay. Being able to have the boat at the dock and ride just a few minutes to tons of islands to explore in the most beautiful water you can imagine was a dream. Thank you!!!

Beautiful property that has everything you might need!

Property was exactly as advertised! Fantastic location and beautiful view of bay. On multiple occasions had dolphin sightings right in front of unit. Neighbors were very welcoming which was pleasant surprise. Owners really thought of everything and house was equipped with anything you might need! Property manager was always quick to respond to any inquiry and was pleasure to deal with.

The layout of this house was amazing, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the views were amazing. We wanted to stay out back the entire time. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Relaxing and refressed

This property was welcoming and comfortable. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was available. The home was beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. The only issue we had was the water in the hot tub. It was very cloudy and did not look clean so we passed on that. Maybe just a chemical imbalance. I would definitely recommend this home and I can't wait to stay at this home again. Well done to the owners!
