Sarah responded quickly to any questions that we had and assisted with early check in. The house was clean and in a nice location. The pool and spa were a hit.

We really enjoyed this property. The pool was wonderful and they had nice landscaping along the back fence to enjoy while soaking up the sun. We were surprised that the hot tub actually gets hot, very rare for Florida, but it didn't get as hot as a northern hot tub. The beach is super close and easy to get to but traffic can often be a problem stretching the trip from 10mins (no traffic) to over an hour (at peak time).

Great spring visit

The house was perfect for us, loved the lanai/pool area especially. Getting to AMI was easy and shopping was close as well.

We loved this property the moment we got there. We’ve stayed at other similar bnbs but this is our new favorite. Super clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. Close to any beach ( coquina was our favorite). Lots of pubs and fun stuff to do around. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a very enjoyable time at Coral Tides. The property was very clean and was stocked really well. We would recommend this property as it was also very convenient to AMI and the entire Bradenton area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described. When we ran into an issue with the pool heater, Sarah took care of it right away. Her communication is second to none. We would absolutely book again without hesitation. Thank you!

My family and I stayed for a week! The property is wonderful! Great pool, close to the beach! The property manager is great and always got back to me promptly! We will be staying here again!

Great Place to Stay

The house exceeded the descriptions and had many small bonuses. The house was well stocked and the owner was very, very responsive to a minor item. The neighborhood was nicely walkable

Wonderful relaxing stay in lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the comfortable clean home and beautiful pool and hot tub. Owners were wonderful and responsive. Definitely coming back. It is in Bradenton but if you time if right, you can get to the beach in 10-15 minutes which is awesome!

Great stay.

We had an awesome time. The house was in a great location for us. We went to a couple spring training games and the beach the other 2 days. It was nice to come back to the pool and hot tub! Sarah was super responsive. Would highly recommend.

Overall, excellent stay at this property. All items we used were in good working order and clean. The only negative was the pool had some minor floating debris when we first arrived. Nothing extremely major. I skimmed the pool with the pool skimmer, which could use replacing. I ran the pool filter that night. The rest of the stay the pool was fine. The hot tub was very relaxing and helped soothe our backs. The furniture was nice and comfortable. All other aspects of the home were good. I would definitely recommend this property as a good choice for your stay.

IMG tournament weekend

10 min away from IMG- it was a perfect getaway to freshen up between games and unwind at night. Loved the pool and jacuzzi and the kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs and baseball chairs in the garage- awesome!!

Amazing Florida vacation!!

We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful house, especially the covered lanai, pool & hot tub! The location was private and quiet, and so convenient to the beach and restaurants. The house and pool were very clean and it was a great place to relax. We loved it! Sarah was a fantastic and very responsive host! Tracy & Chris
