Condo small but very clean and right across the street from beach. Would rent again if you didn't need large kitchen (we come to eat out). Has a small pool on the side and beach carts and chairs to use.

Return visit to SeaGrass Flats

We have rented a unit at SeaGrass Flats multiple times. This is a great location, as it is right across the street from the beach, but there is no beach access parking. This means there is always plenty of room on the beach. SeaGrass is great for those that want the basic amenities (plus a pool), but don't plan on spending a ton of time indoors. We will very likely return to SeaGrass Flats the next time we visit Anna Maria Island.

This stay was amazing. Such a nice property just as pictured. The walk to the beach was so short . You can see the ocean from the front door. Would definitely stay again . Super clean and had everything we needed for our week stay

Quick get away!

Had a great stay. Liked the location and was great to have the pool when we didn't feel like a beach day. It was close to many things and the free trolley was a great option as well.The property management team kept me up to date any and all information we could have possibly needed for our trip, including restaurants, beaches and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

Unit looked exactly like the pictures! Clean, comfy, and perfectly situated across the street from the beautiful Gulf! Pool area was perfect and great to go to after the beach! Delicious restaurant nearby to walk to (Salt Bar and Table!) and close proximity to all others as well on the beautiful Anna Maria Island! You will not be disappointed- we cannot wait to return!

Family Vacation

Kokomo was in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach. The private pool was a nice bonus. House had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely be back for future stays.

Poor Customer Service

I was not given access to the until in 6pm. 2 hours after check-in. Our first night the smoke alarm started to chirp at 4am waking everyone up. I made sea breeze aware during business hours that morning.. they sent a tech out who did nothing with the smoke alarms because the alarms wasn’t chirping when he was there. Later that night about 7pm(after hours). The smoke alarms started to chirp again… I called sea breeze to report the issue again to which they came out the following day to replace the fire alarm. I will never stay w sea breeze again.

Photos were accurate online good location for beach and getting to all surrounding shopping areas and beaches. Having a king bed and a queen bed or a bonus. Nice pool. Great access to Beach. Nicely decorated.

We Already Booked For Next Year!

This unit was very clean upon arrival. Newer appliances in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time around the pool, which was very nice. This unit is across the street from the beach. Very convenient to the rest of Anna Maria - shopping and restaurants. Trolley stop is a half block away. We booked the twin unit next door for next year. We highly recommend this property.

Location location

This property is amazing. The beach is so close and can come and go as you please. The pool shares with 4 units but plenty of space for everyone to enjoy it. It’s a nice change of pace from the beach to the pool and Vice versa. We plan on renting it again next year and bringing my extended family. Hosts respond quickly to any questions or concerns.
