Great location - walkable to beach and restaurants, but not in the middle of the hubbub. What makes this place is the yard and dock. It was great to walk to the market, grab coffee and breakfast, and eat at the table outside watching the cars cross the bridge and boats drive by.

The property was as advertised & as shown in the photos. My husband and I appreciated the proximity to the beach as well as being right on the bay… and it was great to have access to items like beach chairs, umbrella & wagon! We were in walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars, which was super convenient. Jonsie was a good host, she communicated well & addressed all questions/unexpected issues promptly. We loved AMI and would definitely stay at this property again!

This is such a cute rental! It was close to everything we wanted to do and had everything you need for a day at the beach including a cart to haul it with! We will securely be back and have even recommended it to our friends!

This house is perfect!!!! Best location on the island. Bay sunrises, beach sunsets. Anything g you could possible need is there. From fishing to beach! Poles, wagon, chairs,etc…. Super clean and homely. Everything in the kitchen from coffee grinders to any kind of cup or pan. Grills out side. Dock. Laundry downstairs. Iron and board. It’s literally all there, and all very nice! We will definitely try to book this exact place every time we visit!!!!

Wonderful location

The property was a lovely apartment located on the water with a dock, and we were able to walk to restaurants, the beach, and grab the trolley easily. Would stay again.
