Welcome to your cheerful island getaway! This bright, coastal 1BR condo (sleeps 4) is perfectly located just a short walk to the beach (900 ft), marina (150 ft), Historic Bridge Street (800 ft), and the pier (1,056 ft).

Unit 14 is on the second floor (stairs required) and features a lovely screened front lanai with partial water views and the occasional boat passing by. Inside you’ll find a pull-out sofa, WiFi, 2 Roku TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a tub for the kiddos.

Enjoy access to the heated pool plus a beach gear storage room stocked with chairs, toys, shades, and an umbrella. You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, along with one dedicated parking space.

We’re local and just down the street (within 3 miles) if you need anything. Our storefront is at 119 Bridge Street—stop by and say hello!

This quiet, 16-unit complex offers the perfect balance: peaceful surroundings just steps from the dining, shops, and fun of Bridge Street. Once you arrive, you can walk almost everywhere or hop on the free island trolley to explore all of Anna Maria.

I recently stayed at this stunning beach apartment and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. the apartment offers easy access to the sand and sea, perfect for morning walks and evening sunsets. The neighborhood is vibrant and friendly, with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It’s also conveniently close to local attractions and recreational activities, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. The service provided by the management team was outstanding. From the seamless check-in process to their attentiveness throughout my stay, I felt truly taken care of. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
