Poor staff, nobody at front desk on two occasions, tv broke in first room, had to move me. This place is old and run down, bare basics only. The coke vending machi d was empty of all product, shower water fluctuates hot and cold randomly. I would not stay here again.

This property is run down. The molding around the door on room 17 had previously been kicked in and fell off when we entered the room. The door would not lock. We were put into a different room, the tv didn’t work and the refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. There is no one on site that can help with problems. The young girl who checked us in was kind but I would never stay here again.

Expedia and google both state breakfast is included and it is NOT. They don't even offer a breakfast which is always a factor for me when booking a place to stay. The pictures are deceiving as the rooms are not what they seem. The floors are incredibly uneven, the tv remote did not work the TV, walls/doors were incredibly thin so you can hear everything next door and in the hall. When the neighbors had their lights on you could see them through the joining doors at 2am. Be prepared to test your reflexes in the shower as the temperature consistently went from hot,cold, hot,warm, cold etc. The room was hot so we went to open the window and the screen wasn't completely inserted. We had to get creative in order to keep the window open without allowing someone to come in from the outside which was a concern being female travelers in a ground level unit. After a long driving day a good night's rest did not happen due to an uneasy feeling. I wasn't expecting much but was definitely expecting more than what we did. I will say, the young gal working the front desk was very lovely.

There were used towels in the bathroom when we got there. It was obvious that the beds hadn’t been changed(blood stain on one of the pillows and multiple stains on one of the beds) and they we just made with the same sheets the previous guest used. The smell that came from the shower anytime it was turned on was terrible.

Work Trip to Livingston

Convenient and simple lodging near all that Livingston has to offer. No frills accomodations, but clean and the hotel staff was helpful.

Better then being outside

Room was frozen when we checked in, hot water for maybe 2 minutes. Could see outside through the door. The lady from Florida that started to check me in was super friendly. The other younger lady that finished checking me in didn’t say a word. The floors are buckled so bad you can’t open the door all the way. It was clean.

Was unable to check in, I can’t get ahold of anyone with Expedia, booked another hotel in Livingston and had issues with the booking there also. Was not able to change the booking to be able to stay at the location, now I am charged with 3 hotel rooms and not able to get a refund. Absolutely frustrated with Expedia after having great experiences in the past.
