This home was great for my family of 5! The location was perfect for traveling around Livingston and to Yellowstone. The river that the house sits on has a cute beach that we spent lots of time at. The view outside was truly breathtaking and I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to explore the area.

The home was very clean and truly felt safe, not to mention the beautiful view. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted a quiet low key location that was in good proximity to Yellowstone National Park and great hiking trails. This location did not disappoint. Did I mention the stunning snow capped Mountains and river view? It was breathtaking!! We added more great memories to our 29 year celebration. We hope our next trip back to MT that this spot is available because we plan to stay again.

Great Location!

This property is well placed in Paradise Valley with a beautiful river view. Very close to running, biking and hiking trails with convenient access to Livingston. Plenty of parking and very easy to find.

River Views Easy City Access

We had a great time at this place and the house was perfectly situated close to town but with big views down the river valley. The house was very clean and well stocked. A huge, well equipped kitchen. Location is very private with quiet neighbors backing to the lot. I did notice there isn't AC but that usually isn't needed in Montana. We enjoyed the fireplace during our late April stay.

Beautiful- great location

Loved this property for our stay in Montana! Great location and beautiful views. The boys would have loved to have river access from the property but we knew up front that we did not. Property was clean and well stocked. Only think that would have made it 100% perfect for us would have been air conditioning. It was cool enough at night but we didn’t do well sleeping with the windows open. Loved it overall!

Great Property

We loved our stay. Great view of the Yellowstone River and mountains from back porch. Property was clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Loved visiting Livingston, Bozeman, and Yellowstone, all just a short drive.

Clean & comfortable gathering place!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family get together in the beautiful Paradise Valley! Clean, pretty view of the river and the mountains, a great patio for soaking up the sun and was a quick trip into Livingston when we had forgotten a couple of groceries!

Love Livingston

We enjoyed our time in Montana! We were so at peace while staying in our cabin. The peaceful sound of the Yellowstone River was amazing. All the comforts of home were in the cabin! We loved our home away from home!

Relaxing work week!

Excellent place to stay for work and relaxation. Kitchen was large and great for cooking meals. The home is spacious and clean with amazing views to help unwind your day from a near by adventure or work day. The location is close to town and 90, so easy access for work and shopping but situated privately enough to offer exclusive views and isolated meals on the deck. We be back again!

The view from the front porch is amazing. The home is very clean and inviting. The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, yet private enough that you are in a beautiful country location. We certainly plan on visiting again asap.

First father/son trip

Montana delivered big time for this Ft. Lauderdale father/son trip. The house was perfect…clean, everything we needed…perfect location. Good god the view!! Golf, fishing, Yellowstone Park…what a perfect week. He’s upset we have to leave. Already asking if we can come back. Thanks.

Lovely home and amazing location

We enjoyed our stay very much - the home is well equipped (and almost brand new) and perfect for our "base camp" while visiting Montana. The view from the home is incredible and the overall location is the best of both worlds - quiet and in the country - but just a ten minute drive from Livingston. We will definitely consider returning on future visits.

Paradise valley for a reason

Excellent stay in mid October! This was the best appointed rental we have ever stayed in. Perfect home base for exploring southwest MT. Fly fishing, hiking, nightly fires with the rush of the Yellowstone in the background, and more stars than you’ve ever seen before. Thank you for a great family vacation and we plan to be back in the future.

Great location close to Livingstone for all your needs. South view over Yellowstone River and mountains beyond with large deck to enjoy. Spacious comfortable home. Mule deer, birdLife and grizzly bear sightings on property, so be prepared.

Perfect Getaway

Awesome Getaway to feed our soul! We’re from Indiana and love it out west! I must say this fabulous to look out to Wineglass Mountain everyday! The home was superb and well appointed. Next time we come out we will definitely plan to stay here again!
