Esta hermosa casa privada de 4 dormitorios ubicada en la comunidad cerrada de Boyne Mountain ofrece una gran cantidad de espacio de reunión y áreas de descanso para todo su grupo y REALMENTE está A SOLO PASOS del telesilla alpino (la pista de esquí que se extiende debajo del elevador). ¡Puedes sentarte en la sala de estar y ver pasar el telesilla!
El fácil acceso dentro y fuera de Boyne Mountain hará de esta propiedad una de sus favoritas para usted y su grupo, y una en la que querrá construir tradiciones. Only complaint is the HVAC system in the home, with the thermostat on the main level, you would only be comfortable on that level, basement was too warm, and upstairs was freezing. They did have a space heater in the upstairs to help. We would still stay at this property again, definitely not a deal breaker. Location was awesome and you could see the skybridge from the home. Lot's of space and the kids loved the air hockey. Hot tub was perfect!!

We loved the new air hockey / ping pong table. The outdoor hot tub is also a favorite. The house has a large room for winter gear and has ski-in / ski-out accessibility to Boyne Mountain. This was our 4th year staying at the Alpine House, and we can't wait to come back!

The kids loved the bunk room and we didn't feel like we were climbing on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped and we had ample fridge space for all of our food items. There was a ski lift a short hike away!Huge con -- the hot tub would not ever get hot enough and throughout the week we noticed that there was less and less hot water. The upstairs shower barely had warm water since the beginning of the week but the other showers we didn't notice couldn't keep up the temperature until Wednesday night/Thursday morning. At first we thought it was just because there were so many of us and we were running the dishwasher a lot but by Thursday evening we didn't have any hot water at all. As soon as we notified Great Escapes they were quick to respond but it felt like something we had to bother with during our vacation. I would recommend this property! As long as it had hot water next time :)

Reviewer Comments: Place was great!Two things that should be addressed or perhaps fixed for future guests.1) Front door- the top doesn’t close flush, leaving a draft2) The beverage fridge door doesn’t close unless you lift the fridge slightly. Sometimes this goes unnoticed & the fridge tries to work overtime to keep up. It just needs an adjustment to make it fit properly in its space under the island.

We wish we owned this house! Beautiful and the decor, tile, hardware, furniture was cozy. Would love to know where you purchased the decor from. The bunk beds were long and comfy. If I may make a few suggestions. Have a full size mirror behind door in bunk room and the downstairs bath with the two separate showers was great only wish there was a niche to put your items on. Outside big spider web near BBQ by outlet, wish it was taken care of before our arrival. The host was very nice and responded quickly. Perfect for accommodating large groups we had a great time and made amazing memories. Thank you :)

Good family fun

The place was clean and new. Had just about everything we needed. The only down side is getting up the hill the night we came. No salt was on the drive up, also no salt in or around the cabin to prevent falls. Otherwise great stay, I would recommend it to others

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful and better than we had even imagined. It was relaxing and we had a wonderful vacation! I highly recommend renting bikes at Boyne mountain resort and riding into town (I think it is 12-13 miles round trip). It is a flat easy ride and even my 7 year old enjoyed it. We also rented kayaks from the nicest guy- Boyne river adventures. We paddled down river and it was the highlight of the trip. He took us to the drop off point and was at the take out point. Great family adventure and memories!The only disappointment was trying to get to the house. We were given instructions by the rental company to download an app and follow the GPS directions to the house. However, when we did, it took us to a completely different house in a random location. When I called the company the woman who answered said they never recommended using GPS to find the houses. She gave me directions over the phone and we finally found the house. I just didn’t understand why they wouldn’t have emailed written directions so we didn’t have to waste so much time trying to find the house. The woman was not apologetic at all and acted like it was our fault. Other than that, the house was great and our vacation was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Alpine House with our entire family. The location was great even in the summer. Short drive to Deer Lake which was fantastic for the kids to play in the very shallow water & use the kayaks. The outdoor space was awesome with a natural gas grill and fire pit (no need for firewood or propane tank). The hot tub is huge! I was disappointed they provided such a small amount of shampoo and there was no conditioner. Even a shampoo/conditioner combo would have been a little better. I was happy with the response from maintenance when we had questions and overall would definitely recommend for a large group of people.

This was a gorgeous house on the top of a hill with a lot of space :) Everything was clean and the neighbors were friendly too! The porch is perfect for a cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise. The only issue we had was the hot tub kept breaking and we were never able to fully use it which stinks because you pay for amenities like that. They tried to fix the hot tub but it was a temporary fix and it seems like the hot tub had been having issues prior and they were trying hard to trouble shoot it. Some things are not in the control of the owners and that’s why I still give this place 5 stars because they put forth the effort to make this an amazing experience and it was. If you’re considering renting, stop considering and just do it!

When we went to use the blender one evening to make margaritas it wasn't working. She had a brand new one on the porch for us the next morning. It is close enough to a chair lift to be ski in/out. The hot tub is new, large and fantastic!
