The property was located in a lovely quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with an extremely comfortable king-sized bed. Disappointingly, while we booked for 3 adults, it is only suitable for 2. There was a sofa but it was not retractable so a bare single mattress on the floor was the only unsuitable choice for the third adult. Cleanliness was a problem too. We found mouldy dog biscuits under the sofa cushions, underwear on the floor behind the sofa, what appeared to be mould on the trim around the bedhead, the coffee machine was dirty, dust on the furniture in the bathroom and we had to dodge spiders in the shower. We had to pay in full (rather than a deposit which is normal) almost 600 for the booking four months in advance including an 80 service fee. For that fee, we expected that some decent effort would have been made to ensure the property was up to a reasonable standard of cleanliness. The property has the potential to be excellent if these problems are rectified.
