Staff couldn't have been friendlier - genuinely welcoming. A lot of amenities were included, which really helped on a long, multi-state drive! We'd definitely stay, again!

I was disappointed that I was given a 5th floor room far from the elevator. I wanted a 1st floor room, since I had two toddler grandchildren. VERY disappointed that the pool was closed at 9:00am. It was very upsetting to my grandchildren who had their heart set on it. I've made a switch from Hampton Inn to Drury Inn in the past six months with several stays, but considering going back to Hampton.
