The pull out bed was worse than what I imagine a jail mat to feel. I’ve never been to jail. But it was bad. And when I asked for a comforter to make it better… I was handed the smallest blanket in the world. The staff was extremely nice though. It isn’t their fault it’s policy. Also not to mention that there was random unknown stains all over the pull out bed. It had clearly not been cleaned. The shower was absolutely disgusting and I actually ended up cleaning it myself.

The front desk representatives at this hotel are rude and condescending. The WiFi was not working in my room and the front desk proceeded to argue with me as if my device along with four other members in my family was not working properly. Additionally the let out couch was filthy and when I reported it to the front desk it was ignored. Do not stay at this property if you are in this area.

Pool was cloudy, couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Smelt like a petting zoo. Just gross, didnt feel safe to even get in. Room was very clean. The shampoo and conditioner provided were terrible quality, it was like colored water. No body wash provided fyi.

Everything was great .although our 2nd stop to comfort inn cave city do to very bad weather coming in area all the way up to our home in indiana we had to skip going to comfort inn cave city .very sad not beingbto check in but for safe travels had to beat the snow ice strom that was coming .

The hotel was great except I received a $50.00 pet charge that I was not made aware of. I called and was told nothing I can do about that. I would not have stayed there for a $50 charge. Normally it is $15-$25 for a pet. My pet is 5 pounds. Stinks, because we plan to use them in future, not now. Rooms were clean, staff great, breakfast was great. fees are ridiculous

Good location

Hotel was in a good location for our purposes. The front desk staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The negative is the towel situation, they were not clean and I had to go to front desk to ask for additional towel for 2nd night. We did not participate in breakfast so I can’t say anything about that.

For a low end (2.5*) motel, this provides good value. The room is clean though tired (carpet is older and worn, and I personally wouldn’t sit on the sofa), the bed was comfortable. Not really walkable, but there are numerous dining options nearby. Wasn’t able to experience it, but there is also a breakfast buffet.

I really wanted to give this property a better review. The woman at the front desk was probably most friendly hotel staff I have interacted with. The facility was also very modern and everything looked nice and new, however, our room was not very clean. There was hair and lint in the bed and the pillows had stains on them. There was visible crumbs on the sofa and the floor in the bathroom. The shower floor was dirty and had visible mildew. Really, this was a problem with the housekeeping staff, unfortunately, when I went downstairs to request new linens, I was given a stack of sheets to put on myself, and there was no explanation that housekeeping was unavailable or any apology until after I thanked the front desk clerk and was walking away. I understand that housekeeping staff may not be available all day and that may be typical, but some upfront apology for the situation should have been given up front.
