It is a private and safe house, automatic gate entrance and parking for 6+ cars. There is an ample patio with table and umbrella in the pool area to enjoy dining al fresco, along with a charcoal grill to barbecue. The house sits on a large plot of land, with sprawling vegetation, including fruit trees: orange, lemon, banana, guava, coffee, avocado. The pool is in excellent condition. Though the water is not heated, it is enjoyable for midday swims. The house was built by the architect Damián Morales, the house, the rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils for cooking. It has crockery and cutlery for 10 people. There is a desk with a comfortable chair and a computer with hi-speed, fiber optic internet. There is laundry room with a washing machine for your convenience.
