This stunning 2016 development by Bewley Homes situated in the heart of Basingstoke boasts fantastic living spaces with floor to ceiling windows and furnished to the highest possible standard throughout. The communal gardens, viewing deck and allocated parking are some of the fantastic external features of this development.

Inside, we offer luxurious 2 bedroom apartments with fully equipped modern kitchens and we provide super-soft towels and pure cotton bedding throughout to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartments have 1x allocated parking space, SKY T.V. and unlimited high speed WiFi as standard.

Our apartments are located on the 2nd 3rd and 4th floors. Each apartment has its own spacious balcony* with bistro table and chairs. This modern building is very well insulated, which means the apartments are very warm and cozy year round whilst also being supremely quiet and personable.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

Great visit!

We loved staying here! We visited our family for Christmas and what a great location—close to shops and the train station, which was a huge plus for our family of three. The flat was clean and well equipped for our stay. Prior to our stay, I had received very detailed check in/check out instructions. I had also asked for a crib for my one year old, which they provided at no extra cost. I will definitely stay here again!
