Perfecto para alquiler exclusivo por familias o grupos de amigos extendidos, cada uno encontrará un rincón de nuestros 40 acres a caer en amor con. Disfrute de la gran jardín con huerta, hierbas, terrazas, barbacoa y piscina climatizada de lujo que cuenta con 13 horas de sol al día. El patio está rodeado de hermosos graneros del siglo 13 y de nuestros bosques con senderos, columpios y antros más nuestros prados proporcionar diversión y el interés para todas las edades. La imponente casa de piedra restaurada con sus techos de vigas y techo de teja flamenca cuenta con un ambiente que es a la vez cómodo y práctico. La gran cocina es perfecto para cocinar su propia comida si el maestro barbacoa es fuera de servicio. Si es su noche libre, puedo recomiendo que tome ventaja de la puesta de sol sobre el valle de Perron desde la terraza sur, leer un libro o juego en la sala de lectura o jugar a un juego suave de boule en el patio? Si prefiere comer fuera, hay algunos restaurantes a menos de 15 minutos.

We had a lovely stay at Luke’s house for a family celebration. Luke was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. On arrival, Hélène, the housekeeper, gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the property, which was much appreciated.The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and set in a lovely rural location. It has plenty of great amenities – the playroom, ping pong, and go-kart were big hits with the kids – and lots of room for everyone to relax and spend time together.Overall, it was a great place for our family gathering.

We had a great time at the property and was a great bass to explore the area. We drove to Carcassonne which is well worth the drive, we also visited the prehistoric parc which is a lovely drive. Bossot was also worth the drive with stunning views and also visited the zoo. St Girons market on saturdays is again worth a visit, Azir caves and the reptile centre which is probably less than an hour away again is worth the visit. Thank you from all of us

This rural property offered my family the perfect space in which to celebrate an 80th birthday - with ample room, comfortable furnishings and lots to entertain the children and adults. The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining and lounge areas well laid out for relaxed, sociable gatherings. We loved the pool - it was a very hot time in the region and submerging into the water was very welcome. We had a lot of fun. The gokart and table tennis were brilliant additions, too. Most of all, we loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine, enjoying the surrounding amphitheatre of nature - with red kites soaring above and animals snuffling in the nearby woodlands. It was a perfect slice of peaceful rustic, rural life in the sun and a super spot from which to explore the many nearby villages, markets, attractions and swimming lakes. We also took advantage of the nearest train station to enjoy day trips to Toulouse and Pau - wonderful. Helene and Sandro were exceptionally helpful with any queries and so so friendly. Do reach out to them for top tips / any help if needed. Overall, a memorable holiday in an old farm house that felt part of the fabric of the area in a beautiful part of the world. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Arriving at the villa, Hélène was waiting for us and kindly giving us detailed instructions. We were with a family of 14 people, and had more than enough beds available. The swimming pool was amazing and very big. One minor detail was the overwhelming amount of ants in one bathroom. Luckily Hélène is easily reachable, so she would come over asap if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Délicieux séjour à Esbayles

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à Esbayles. La maison est grande, nichée dans un vallon en bordure de forêt, on a l'impression d'être seul, au bout du monde. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien organisés, piscine, pétanque, ping pong, marche, jeux d'enfants, tout est prévu et à disposition. Spécial dédicace à Hélène et Sandro pour leur accueil attentionné.

Great week with a group of families

Had a great stay in a beautiful and quite location. We were there with 3 families (6 adults, 8 children). The place was more then big enough and had everything we needed and more. There is a kids playroom, and outside a tennis table. The pool was great! Helène was very good in communication and helped us when we had a flat tire. Great place!

Family stay

We stayed with the family (14) for 10 days in this authentic house. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Swimming pool fantastic and close to the house, ideally to keep an eye on the children. Closest shop 7 mins by car. Very friendly and helpfull welcome and assistance. All in all we had a wonderfull stay.

throughly enjoyed our stay , loved the outside area and the pool , children enjoyed the toy room and the facilities. Unfortunately the weather was not great but we had lots of fun playing table tennis and boules . Disappointed that many of the cafes were closed in the area so had to travel further afield .

Family holiday

This is a spacious house, able to accommodate our 3 generations of family, totalling 16, making use of the annex as well. The kitchen is well equipped so there was no problem catering for this number. The rooms are simply furnished but everything needed is provided. There are plenty of toys for children and of course the lovely pool is a great attraction.The area is very peaceful and rural. There are walks from the house, including through the woods to Aurignac in about 50 mins.

UN LIEU EXCEPTIONNEL HORS DU TEMPS

Quatre jours en famille pour fêter mes 60 ans avec enfants et petits petits-enfants. Cadre superbe et bâtisse de 1826 avec un charme fou dans le rustique. Toutes les commodités, tout est disponible pour nous faciliter la vie : en cuisine, en matériel de loisir pour se divertir, etc. Superbes équipements extérieurs. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine avec un vaisselier hyper garni de vaisselles de qualité et une grosse batterie de cuisine. Un séjour de rêve. PS : Accueillis, suivis à distance (échanges) par Hélène. Personne des plus agréables. Tout etait parfait.

Huge well appointed house

Large bedrooms, and well kitted out kitchen. Plenty of space in living areas and various tables, inside and out, to eat at. Loads of kids toys etc if you had youngsters in tow, though we were 6 adults. Great heated pool. Helene and Sandro presented the whole place brilliantly, and provided lots of info about the area.

Perfect for Family Get-Together

Perfect for family get-together, spacious and comfortable, ample bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Tranquil setting and a large swimming pool that we all enjoyed. Plenty of outdoor furniture and large table enabling some quality open-air eating together. Lovely surroungings, birdsong and for us the right time of year to enjoy drifts of wild orchids. Housekeepers Hélène and Sandro gave us a great welcome on arrival and had beautifully prepared the house for us. Our holiday at Esbayles exceeded expectations.
