The host was slow to reply to messages. We found it hard to locate the house and when we did, the keys didn't work. It was dark and we had three children with us. I messaged the host and he phoned me about two hours later, by which time, my daughter had gone around to the next street to the other door and managed to get in. There was no hair dryer and I messaged asking where it was, but the host didn't reply at all. I was disappointed that we had to pay for a sixth guest as my daughter came for two nights only. But there were only four dining chairs and five cereal bowls. Dustbins over-flowing and had obviously not been emptied for a while. It was in a great location and the sheets and towels were nice, but there was no personal service from the host. It felt like a commercial arrangement, which, I suppose it was.

Do not stay at this property. We hired the house for the weekend as a family of 4 with two young children. The area gets a zero. There was a man threatening to cut another man’s hand off, and then a couple who appeared to be either drunk or high, disappear into a bush to do god knows what together. We struggled to find the keys to enter into the property, and the residents were not keen on helping either. There is no clear description on how to find where the keys are. Once we entered the property, there was a very strong smell of smoke, the carpets were filthy, the walls covered in dirt, the bathroom absolutely disgusting, broken loo seat hanging off its hinges, missing loo seat altogether in the ground floor bathroom, hallway lights not working, dirty kitchen, filthy bedding with yellow stains, filthy couch which had been covered by a throw. There were various demand letters for different people just left on the side. The fire alarm battery was out, and there was a missing spindle from the banister. There was so much wrong with this property, we were horrified of its condition as a family let. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves to list a disgusting dangerous property such as this one! We are waiting for a full refund. Do not let this property !
