Beautiful spacious home in heart of Boulder

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

5 stars, only because 6 isn't an option. :) This house was vacation perfection for our family. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, amenities are high quality and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. We enjoyed coffee in the front yard each morning and a cocktail in the super cute backyard in the evenings. Easy 10-15 min walk to Pearl Street and all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. On street parking was never an issue. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so college noise was just not a thing. Can't wait to go back in the fall so we can try the Pink Lady apples growing in the back yard! :D

Luxury accommodations for large groups. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Even a 1st floor bedroom & full bath with walk in shower for handicap senior citizen. There was nothing lacking - met our every need.

Everything about the house is perfect. Good location, nicely furnished and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Will definitely stay here again. Only detraction from our stay was lack of internet. Hoping they’ll have that worked out next time.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!!

Our Family had the best time in your perfect family home. We enjoyed cooking in your gourmet kitchen, eating all together on your beautiful farm table and watching movies together on your big comfy couch. Everything was just perfect in this home for our family while we were in Boulder for our son’s wedding. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked and in a great location! We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for our group. Beautiful back yard and very spacious. Host was great and communicative. We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. It was perfect. The location and set up of the home could not have been better. The bridesmaids got ready at the house. The dining room provided the perfect spot for this to take place. Would most definitely stay here again. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too.
