The worst hotel I ever stayed. The stairway is so unsafe. The room is very very small, and poorly equipped. There is no adequate power connection, I can not plug my phone. The worst thing is no staff on duty. You can not fine any assistant, from check-in to check-out. It is not a hotel, it is a crap room in a desert building. Really bad!

Overall was a horrible experience. The room was not as pictured. It was basically a closet with a bed shoved into it.The bathroom on the floor was not even a bathroom. It was a closet with one toilet in it. No sink, the room itself was next to a highway which was so loud no one should be exposed to that during sleep. I can’t believe they sold me this. Horrible, horrible horrible This is basically a flop house. Falling apart, trash on the street in front of the property. Do not in anyway stay at this place or pay more than $75.

Good price, but it wasn’t clean, the fan machine make a noise that doesn’t let you sleep, and the elevator! I miss that part, my room was at the 4th floor and I was with my big suitcase, wasn’t fun haha

One thing my room did not look like was the picture. It was tiny and fit a bed, a small desk, a floor air conditioner, and small refrigerator. Unfortunately the bed I had, someone 500 lbs or more must have stayed there before me because every time I would lay down to sleep, I would sink so far into the mattress, that it would pull the fitted sheets from the mattress. So, that was the negative experience I had. Other than the bed everything was fine.

The room was just as pictured, it is good for someone who likes a simple stay and it is worth the price. The bathroom is shared but there was never a wait and it was always clean. The room was clean at all times and the bed is comfortable. Check in was very easy. It is a 15 min walk from Chinatown and near public transportation. It is a quiet area but you can hear a lot of the outside sounds. Overall a good experience.

Enjoyed the Bay Suites!

Bed was clean and comfortable with good lighting. There was a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning in the room. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was also provided in the bathroom. Managers were responsive via e-mail and text whenever you had questions during the stay.

Ok for a brief stay

The room was tiny, but I only needed it for a few hours before flying home so it didn't bother me too much. Just be aware when booking that the pics may not be accurate. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge, tv, hairdryer, towels, etc. There was a large A/C unit which was very loud when on, but necessary to keep the room temperature under control. There was also a lot of road noise that kept me awake. The rooms are locked with an electronic number pad. Mine did not lock when leaving the room, meaning I had to hope no-one tried to get in whilst I was out. The owner/manager was quick to reply to messages however.

Misleading

The pictures on the site are misleading, the room was musty and sighting of a mouse trap. The stairs are not ada compliant. I complained about the room they moved me which was better. The response time back and forth with the rep was spotty. Very disappointed and completely a waste of money. I asked for a refund but no response. They need to do better and ensure the website matches what it looks like in reality. I lost sleep because of nervousness and anxiousness behind the texting back and forth.

Great location

Easy access, clear directions, great spot close to everything! Very happy with our stay. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were steep & uneven. Floors uneven and on a slant. For those with balance issues. But we were fine. The bedding and pillows were soooo comfortable! No issue with shared bathroom. The AC was already on for us. Great space! Recommend!

Very cozy and clean place close to the heart of Boston. The staff is very responsive to any issues that come up (in my case the batteries for the remote were dead). It would've been nice if there was an ice machine in the kitchen area. Other than that the place is very comfortable.
