Te staff when we checked in was so helpful, but we had to move 3x because things didnt work. He was so apologetic and made sure once he got us in a room where everything worked that we were all set. Rooms could have geen ckeaner and appliances shoukd work and be in the room but i dont feel it was his problem and he really wrnt out of his way.

Better

Improved since my last stay a couple of years ago since which I have avoided the place after staying there for many years. Staff friendly and attentive. The only problem was that in the evening the internet would connect but then would not load any websites which made it useless. Morning time was fine.

At check in, first room provided the lights didn’t work. The second room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the towels were dirty. The third room was ok. Hallways were not well lit. Didn’t feel safe. Asked for a late check out and was disturbed by house keeping before the agreed upon time of said late check out time.

Awful

Rooms are awful! The building is awful! We were moved from our original room to another because the tv was broken. The next morning i woke up with welts and itching. There were ved bugs on the bed and pillows. Roaches in the elevator area and roaches in the room. No one is ever at the front desk. That night i called dow 3 times and went down..nothing! The location isnt great either. The motel is hidden. Save yourself the headache and misery and dont even look at the website.
