My stay at the hotel was a very disappointing experience for both me and my family. We were there to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, things went wrong from the first night. The bathroom toilet kept flushing continuously throughout the night, making it impossible for my husband and me to sleep. We even had to take Motrin because the constant noise gave us headaches.
I called the front desk and spoke with a staff member named Stephanie. She told me that no maintenance staff was available at the time but that she would place a work order. Later that night, when the noise became unbearable, my husband went down to speak with her in person. Shockingly, he found her asleep on the lobby couch. She repeated the same response, showing no real concern for the issue.
The next morning, I contacted customer service, but they had no record of my complaint. The front desk staff on duty also confirmed that no work order had been placed. It was clear to us that our concerns were not taken seriously.
The Orbitz has asked me to leave a review, and I feel it’s only fair to share our honest experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not what we expected, and it left us very disappointed.
