Room was not stocked for the number of guests on our reservation; keys stopped working twice during our stay; room was far walk from parking; missing soap, shampoo, conditioner; dishes in cupboard were dirty (possibly because there was no dish soap???); pool was murky, which I didn't know about until after the kids swam, master bed had exposed springs popping up.

The best I can say about this hotel is that it's OK. The staff are nice an helpful. Breakfast is good. I've stayed there a few times, mostly based on price and included breakfast. The rooms' furniture is of the same quality as a college dorm room. The fitness center is very small, and the equipment needs maintenance (bike's sest couldn't be adjusted). I've had to change rooms due to maintenance issues (wires hanging from the ceiling). Housekeeping only does rooms every other day, which means you need to stay 5 days or more to have your bed made or trash emptied more than once. Apparently, Massachusetts has decided to put up homeless people in hotels on the public's dollar, and this hotel is one of the venues the state selected. This is apparent at the breakfasts and weekly "happy hours". New York City hotels developed a bed bug problem under similar policies, which concerns me.

For the cost, the property wasn't that great. I do understand that hotels have to keep up on the property but there was trash littered throughout the hallways, not a lot, but noticeable. There were also pieces for what looked to be new trim along the ceiling of the hallways on the ground at different places and the storage closest on the floor we stayed in was packed to overflowing with boxes of papers. The room itself was in fine condition and was what we needed for a simple overnight stay but the cost was probably more about the fact that we chose to stay overnight in the Boston area when the 250th anniversary of the start of the Revolutionary War was being celebrated nearby and the Boston Marathon was being held the same weekend.

The rooms were dirty. The kitchenette in the room was less than desirably stocked. Not utensils or pots and pans. There was food on the furniture and the curtains. Stains all over the floors. The room just felt dirty. The breakfast was always understaffed and out of the big stuff like plates and coffee. Not a big variety. I would not stay there again.

Didn’t get any towel change over or new towels durning the trip. The breakfast was not great not many options, was out of hot food, only eggs, potatoes, sausage was over done. Over all staff was friendly. Parking was inconvenient.

While the staff was completely friendly and definitely helped with our situation - when we arrived we found our room that had a dirty cup that the pull out sofa bed had dirt on it as well as a dirty mattress and dirty mattress pad. The staff did get me extra linens and did help as well as the manager taking a portion of our stay off the bill. However, it was a bit concerning to find those conditions upon our first time staying here.
