Night 1 i woke up to no hot water and had to go to another room to shower before work. Night 2 and 3 i had loud construction near my room starting very early morning waking me up. Then i finally moved rooms and the final room had no heating or air conditioning, just a unit that only turned a fan on and off with no temperature impact. Very bad stay, the hotel should be fully closed if it is in this level of renovations/disrepair.

Room walls are black wall paper which makes the room very dark. I asked for another light, they said there were none. I asked to change rooms, they said they are all the same. The bathroom has a massive round mirror with a fluorescent light around the edge. The light is too bright to stand in front of and is the opposite of the rest of the hotel room. I left the bathroom mirror light on with the door open to illuminate the hall. I'm serious when I say it's a dark room. Lobby is being remodeled so be aware. Breakfast and dinner only, no lunch. People are friendly overall but, no bell staff. It does not feel like a full service hotel. I asked the front desk for change so I could leave a cash tip for housekeeping. They said they are cashless so I had to go around the corner to a local store. Its a great location, very walkable.

Entire hotel was spotless, including outdoor areas, staff was very welcoming and helpful with directions when we missed the parking entrance, beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Towels were plentiful and soft. Room lighting was odd, very dark in the room, but one of the bathroom lights was much too bright. Parking garage onsite was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.,
