First of all the room was extremely dark. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. We were confirmed for an ADA compliant room with walk in shower, instead we had a tub that was very high and difficult for my spouse to enter. We were also confirmed for a river view room (see the lovely view we had in the attached photo). The bed was comfortable and the towels were fairly thick and absorbent. In short, very expensive and we were very disappointed. We will not stay at this property again.

The hotel was great however just be careful you pay attention to the type of room you booked and paid for. We were initially put into a room that wasn’t the one we booked but a quick call to the front desk and we were put into our booked room almost immediately.

Friendly staff. Good location. Room was your typical Hilton. Wish they had nicer showers. We walked to Boston common and back and also walked to Fenway. Good restaurants nearby.

Great location and beautiful hotel, service is ok

The hotel is in a great location. My husband and I stayed for a red sox game. It was an easy 15min walk to fenway. We had a kings room. It was spacious. The front desk was friendly. We did not have housekeeping during our 2 night stay.....not sure why? I called to request extra tp and bath towel, neither was brought to the room. Also we could not turn our tv on. The hotel is expensive and I expected better service.

This property was great! Very beautiful. Very walkable to bars, stores, and restaurants - also walkable to Fenway! Would definitely stay again.
