Está muy bien situado y tiene lo básico necesario. Personal muy agradable y atento . Desayuno no es gratuito aunque pone q si, creo q es un problema de traducción, de todas formas no tienen mucho donde elegir.

Place2Stay claims three stars but it doesn't offer this quality of accomodation. The building is not well maintained, the rooms are a little shabby and the services are basic. いつも泊まっていますが
洗面所にソープ、シャンプーはあるのですが、バスタオル以外のタオルとコップ(部屋にも)がなくて ちょっと不便です。 シーツ交換は3日おきというのは環境的には素晴らしいですが、熱帯なのでちょっとという以外は快適なホテルです。

Very Simple & friendly
Family run business, very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean, basic amenities (eg dated wardrobe). Sheets and towels clean, a few with stains. Very close to Gaya st and 2 great supermarkets next door.

Im in Australia. I speak English. Promenade looks daunting from the outside, being an older building. Reception was professional. I arrived at 01.30am which was no probem. Room is basic but the bed is the BESTBEST. Coffe, tea, water bottles and aur con all there

Das Hotel kannten wir von vor 2 Jahren. Leider wurde das Frühstück eingestellt und man muss außerhalb frühstücken.
