Check in was a mess - they send you emails in French with a door code at the top which is easily missed. Without it, good luck trying to get into the building. Shower was awful - no pressure and very little water coming out, stuck at around 36 degrees max. Doesn’t seem to have functioning air con even though there is a thermostat in the room. You’re expected to take the rubbish out at the end of the stay.

Appart hôtel un peu excentré mais à 2 pas du tram (CDEF) => 5mn du centre. Personnel très pro et chaleureux. Parties communes chaleureuses et joliment décorées. Appart très grand, literies confortables mais ambiance très froide et impersonnelle, très"médicalisée". Salle de bain assez peu pratique avec une douche à l'italienne qui inonde l' intégralité de la pièce, il manquait un rideau de douche ou mieux une vitre de séparation. Pas de penderie, pas de table à repasser, pas de sèche cheveux. Manque de petites attentions genre un peu de café mais tout de même une petite bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur à l'arrivée. Au final le rapport qualité prix est excellent (25€ la nuit à 4 dans l'appartement).

Bien desservi pour se rendre dans le centre, mais la rue craint un petit peu (prostitution). Concernant la chambre, il manquait un set de serviette à l’arrivée, et il y avait une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain venant du lavabo bouché. On nous a donné un produit contre les odeurs, mais n’a pas reglé pas trop le problème. Résidence de seniors donc pas trop de bruits, personnel accueillant, et parking securisé!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le seul petit hic est qu’il nous manquait des serviettes de douche qui avaient été oubliées et nous n’avons pas osé demander à la réception car il était 21h30 assez mais le lendemain on nous a dit que quelqu’un était présent 24 heures sur 24 et que notre problème aurait pu être résolu en direct. Sinon rien à redire le personnel très accueillant.

L’hôtel est un petit peu éloigné du centre-ville, cependant si vous êtes un peu actif, il n’est pas loin à pied des transports en commun pour rejoindre le centre de Bordeaux. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, et nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de tester la cuisine équipée, qui semblait toutefois très bien. Nous cherchions un logement proche de l’Arkéa Arena, et nous avons été satisfaite. Il nous a été très facile de commander un transport pour accéder à notre concert, ainsi que pour le retour. Cependant il est à noter une certaine catégorie professionnelle présente au coin de la rue principale le vendredi soir où nous rentrions à l’hôtel (22h30), mais à aucun moment cela n’a affecté notre séjour, car l’hôtel est un peu reculé à l’intérieur du bâtiment, au calme. Mention spéciale pour la personne qui nous a reçu à l’accueil : un jeune homme extrêmement sympathique, souriant, mais aussi avec un excellent sens du service (j’avais oublié mon chargeur de téléphone chez moi, et il a pu miraculeusement m’en prêter un pour la nuit). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, bien que court, et gardons l’adresse pour notre prochain séjour à Bordeaux.
