I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay. The location was excellent with a light rail very close, a wide variety of stores including two Carrefours within half a mile, a boulanger open from 6am to 6 pm and even a small epicier next door. The apartment was very quiet and with a ground floor entrance location, easy to access. The wide range of kitchen equipment was noted and the bathroom pleasant to use.Travelers should be aware that the "smart" Tv needed own passwords and access details to fully work stations like Netflix. For a traveler, the disposal of garbage could have been more clearly explained to ensure compliance with admittedly what seemed to be complicated French rules and regulations. Handover was very smooth with Catherine being a responsive and helpful host. Parking (paid) could be had roadside on adjoining side streets where and when available but there seemed to be adequate spaces to go round.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires de l'appartement qui nous ont expliqué en détail tout ce qu'il y avait à faire.L'appartement est très bien aménagé et surtout de très bon goût. On se sent invité chez des gens cultivés.L'appartement donne sur la cour intérieure, c'est pourquoi il est très calme ; comme il est accessible au rez-de-chaussée, il est facile d'y accéder avec ses valises. Il y a un petit jardin très vert avec de jolis meubles de jardin, on peut très bien y prendre ses repas, à condition qu'il ne pleuve pas. La situation urbaine de l'appartement est privilégiée à Bordeaux. Le centre classique et d'autres curiosités sont accessibles à pied ou, ce qui est encore mieux, avec le tramway très bon marché.Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir à tout moment.

Long weekend family break

My Wife, Mother-in law, Son and myself stayed here Wednesday-Saturday. Fabulous location and accommodating hosts. lovely little ground floor apartment with everything you could need for a stay. Would recommend!

This apartment has everything you need for a stay in Bordeaux

Ideally located near a tram stop the property has everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay in the city. Supermarket, patisserie, hair dressers, cafes and bar opposite for all your supplies. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a long or short stay as Bordeaux station has good rail links to other cities of interest in the region.

Clean quiet comfortable apartment in Bordeaux

The apartment was well presented and clean, warm and comfortable in a lovely quiet building. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the centre and the tram stop virtually on the doorstep for going further out of town. There were supermarkets, a fruit shop and an artisan bread shop within walking distance and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering with all equipment in good working order. The owners were friendly and accommodating and responsive to any questions we had going through the booking process. We really enjoyed our stay in Bordeaux and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.

Very clean and comfortable stay

The apartment is super convenient to visit Bordeaux, with a tram stop only a few minutes away. It is very clean, although a little hot when we were there in September. It has everything you need, all of which is really good quality. Thank you for a lovely stay!
