Dirty room and did not get cleaned even after asking. There were no supplied cleaning materials for the sink or dish washer Also, breakfast was not worth the money. WiFi Password on the tv is wrong ! Everything seemed to be a problem for the staff.

I recommend this place

Nice new appartments in an interesting new and lively part of town, with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Nice beach only a 5 minutes walk away at Bordeaux Lac. Tram line C brings you downtown in 15 minutes. Will book again next time we go to Bordeaux.

On m’a appelĂ© quelques heures avant mon arrivĂ©e pour me dire qu’il y avait un problĂšme avec ma rĂ©servation et que l on allait me dĂ©placer sur un autre site, j’ai refusĂ© car c est l emplacement qui Ă©tait le plus proche du site oĂč je me rendais, face Ă  mon refus on m’a dit qu on me rappellerait, j attends encore
 j ai donc rappelĂ© 3 heures aprĂšs et on m’a dit qu enfin de compte ma rĂ©servation etait confirmĂ©e. Quand je suis arrivĂ© vers 19h l accueil a Ă©tĂ© moyen, la personne malgrĂ© sa prise de service rĂ©cente semblait particuliĂšrement fatiguĂ©e, l accueil, le bĂątiment est anonyme. L appartement Ă©tait conforme aux attentes, le matelas du canapĂ© lit moyen, l emplacement etait au top par rapport Ă  la foire exposition ou j ai passĂ© 2 jours. Mon expĂ©rience client est moyenne, et ma note ne tient qu’à l emplacement. Le jour du dĂ©part le personnel de mĂ©nage a voulu rentrer dans l appartement vers 9h, nous Ă©tions prĂ©sent, la restitution des clefs Ă©tant prĂ©vue jusqu’à 11h, nous dĂ©rangions
