Tucked away on a private, wooded lot in the gated community of Yonahlossee Resort, Boulder Den offers a peaceful mountain retreat with easy access to both Boone and Blowing Rock. Ideally located just 4 miles from either town, 2.5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a short drive to Appalachian Ski Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, and Sugar Mountain, this home places you close to all the High Country's best attractions and dining. Fine local favorites such as The Gamekeeper and The Table at Crestwood are less than two minutes away.
Inside, this cozy and charming home pairs mountain warmth with modern conveniences. The inviting living area features a stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen HDTV. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a six-person dining table, and bar seating for three. Step outside to the deck off the kitchen, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining area surrounded by the trees. Follow the flagstone path lined by boulders to the custom fire pit.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, ensuite bath, and a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level includes a spacious den with a large sectional sofa, TV, and multiple arcade games, plus two additional bedrooms—a queen room and a bunk room—that share a full bathroom.
