Ski Trip Getaway

The property and staff were great. There was ample room for my daughter and me to enjoy a ski trip celebrating her 16th birthday. In addition to its convenient location, the pool on the property was a great addition. I would recommend this property to family and friends looking for a great mountain getaway.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It accommodated our family of five perfectly. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is not a 10 minute walk to the Sugar Mountain slopes but it is close by. The views from the condo and property are amazing!

top of the world

easy access with parking at top of condo, not like having to be shuttled up like others. Had ever needed kitchen ware to cook dinner, never did get WIFI to work but cell service worked great for data. Great for weekend getaway

Beautiful view

This place has an absolutely beautiful view. The balcony is perfect for seeing the mountain range that stretchs so far. There were deer eating on the property when we arrived.

When we arrived the unit was absolutely disgusting. We had to wait several hours for it to be cleaned and essentially lost our first day. The beds are horrible, pillows disgusting. Guest parking at the bottom of the mountain is a nightmare and frankly ruined our trip as the shuttle routinely made us very late. One night the shuttle wasn’t running and I had to walk from the front gate to the top of the mountain… Don’t stay here if you’re attending the Highland Games. It’s not worth it.

Dirty mountain

This place was the WORST I have stayed in for cleanliness. Floors had food on them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty ( food still on them), beds sheets were dirty. This unit hasn't had work done from the day it was built. For the price I was expecting a little bit of quality. Everything about the place was bad. To much to list as you can pick anything about it and it was broken or dirty! TV remotes don't work, garbage disposal doesn't work, lights not all functioning, fireplace has the power cord coming out the doors. I don't like leaving reviews this poor as i try to work with the owners if an issue with the property but this owner was dismissive of my concerns when i asked for a broom so we could clean it ourselves. They also took our booking for y people and gave us 3 wash rags and 5 towels.

Beautiful location but needs some upgrades

The location was very beautiful my only disappointment is the place really needs better mattresses in the rooms. They are really hard/outdated. The bathroom needs some upgrades. I put a towel on the towel rack in the master bathroom and it fell down.

Amazing Views

The condo was nice and cozy. Very intimate and inviting. The morning views just before, and during sunrise are amazing! Sunset is just as beautiful! I don't think the host could any better. Well, maybe a few extra towels 😉. I will definitely be using this host and their condo in the future. I'm already planning for fall break next year ❤️

Ski weekend

Sugar Top Holiday Stay

Very cozy condo with spectacular views. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and very nice appliances. The host made sure there were plenty of pillows/blankets and the beds were very comfortable. She even had a Christmas tree waiting for us. The building requires distant parking but the shuttle waits were never long. The Sugar Top staff was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this location.

You can’t beat that view

We had a great time visiting the mountains with our kids (2 under 3 years old). And FYI a pack n play can fit in any of the different rooms. We’ve stayed at several condos at Sugar Top over the years and this was is the nicest. With little kids, I really liked that it was on the second floor. The view is still just as beautiful from the 2nd as it was from any higher floor we’ve stayed in before! The pool is nice and has great views from it, too. The host is very communicative and hospitable. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

My family and I were in the area for a golf tournament and a chance to getaway for a few days. Hurricane Ian created challenges for us getting to the place but the owner was very understanding and even offered late us check out. If there was anything that could make our stay better, it would have been not having to deal with the stripping and repainting renovations of the exterior of the building where the unit was located, but that is neither the unit owners fault nor within their control. Thank you so much for your hospitality as e had a wonderful time!
