Okay for a one night stay.

Check in was amazing. No water given for coffee maker. Breakfast was good. Could of used better pillows. Check out was not great. Did not release $100. for incidentals until I phoned later that night. Karen on the desk that evening was very helpful.

I was staying in room 421, while the hotel itself was clean and the staff very helpful, I sustained over 39 bedbug bites. I had informed the cleaning staff and front counter clerk however I felt that reporting the issue fell on deaf ears. I was offered no compensation for the stay and am waiting to hear back from the Manager
