WET towels leave over the shower wall is Great. If the used towels are DRY, leaving them on the bed is okay. Any potentially Stinky Trash would be Great to drop it in the garbage can on your way out.
If it’s a cold day, please turn the heat low, not completely off would be great. There is NO need to lock anything up but it is good if you would make sure both doors are closed tight when you leave.
Just leaving the key on the table is great. If you used the park pass, please hang it back up. Hopefully you had a Great time here at the Lake Tapps Bungalow and hope you return again in the future!!

My extended stay at the Bungalow surpassed all my expectations! The bungalow is very inviting with a great patio right next to one of the many lake inlets. Inside feels light and spacious with lots of windows and skylights, while still being very warm and cozy. The hosts Ed and Sheri are so friendly and easy to work with, and they always responded quickly. I enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, the little laundry area, and all the spare blankets and pillows. I loved the private park across the street and the beautiful walks along the lake with views of Mt. Rainier. The neighborhood feels very safe and friendly. I would definitely make a return visit here!

Very nice

Overall very good! Great location for where we needed to be. Unfortunately we could not spend as much time at the bungalow as we wanted, our Grandson’s team kept winning all of their games and got the championship. I know there is not enough room in the bungalow but a small washer and dryer would have really helped for longer stays. I would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome place

This was such a cute, private and serene place to stay in a very safe area. The owner Ed was very responsive and a great communicator. We stayed for four nights as we were in town for a music event and a family birthday. This property is beautiful and was as described. We were sad to leave and our fur babies also loved it. We will definitely stay here again if we need to stay in this part of town.

Relax and Enjoy!

Within a half hour of arriving, I saw my husband - and my dog - RELAX! They enjoyed the deck while I found a life vest and took out the kayak. We all enjoyed the beautiful serenity of the lake - AHHH! There is no lengthy check-in process, we simply came around back and moved in! Beautiful clean space with fluffy pillows and blankets, well stocked kitchen and bath, and lots of beach toys 😃 Our family came over - there is plenty of parking - two yr old granddaughter had SO MUCH FUN playing in the beautiful yard and beach. 😃 The next day we took her to the park across the street. The fresh tomatoes in the fridge were exactly what my pasta salad needed! Hosts are so welcoming and the cabin is incredibly pleasant! If you have forgotten anything, you will likely find it there. Elder-friendly, family-friendly, dog-friendly, and toddler-friendly too! Relax and enjoy! 😃

A Vacation to Remember

Ed and Sheri are the Perfect Hosts. Their property is immaculately kept. The Bungalow is just right for a couple and their dog. It is well stocked, very clean and well maintained. Ed and Sheri let us use the paddle boards, kayaks and all the water toys they have. My wife and I and Gracie would like to thank the perfect hosts for our vacation, a vacation we will not forget.

My Happy Place

This is the perfect place for me to stay. I am close to family and my granddaughters were thrilled to be able to jump in the lake everyday. I have stayed in the fall as well, it's just a great spot for me. The hosts are friendly and I know I could contact them with any questions or concerns at any time.

Felt like home away from home!

This is the first property I have stayed in with VRBO that I can give an outstanding review for! This felt like we were coming in for a romantic getaway on the water that was owned by family. I will come back and bring our daughter as the water access is fantastic. Beautiful property!

An utter delight!

What a rare jewel this little bungalow was for us! We found it to be such a great refuge as we navigated the unknown area for a family visit. We loved the more ‘rural’ location vs. being stuck in a busy city hotel; and we had such excellent grocery stores and restaurants nearby that we lacked for absolutely nothing during our stay. We also felt so blessed to be on the lake with our own swimming area for our golden retriever. Our visitors also got to do some swimming with help from the fully stocked boat house! We didn’t really get across the street to the park, but we appreciated that it was secured by a gate; and it was beautifully equipped and maintained, and obviously a great place for play. The bungalow was so clean and was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, both indoors and outside. It was adorable in its every design and stunning in its quality furnishings, all the way down to the full pantry and lotioned Kleenex and fluffy towels! We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the comfortable patio furniture and our view of the water (private canal). The few neighbors we greeted were friendly to us, also. Above all was the kindness of our hosts. Ed and Sheri graciously communicated with us throughout the process, helping us settle in and be comfortable — even when I accidentally locked a door that was supposed to be unlocked! At one point we thought some car troubles might require us to extend our stay, and Ed was so generous and gracious in working with us. We genuinely appreciated this quality-laden property, and that the sweet and obviously cared-for nest was made so affordable to travelers. It really was above and beyond anything we have ever seen. We hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did! Thanks, Ed and Sheri!

Close to Family

Best Stay Ever

We enjoyed our two months stay on this Property. Ed and Sheri were excellent Host meeting our every needs. Living a few steps from the Lake made it even more enjoyable. The location of the Park across the street was so convenient perfect for walking our little Bichon. The interior of the Bungalow very comfortable and the Kitchen is well stocked. Besides being very private. We especially enjoyed our evenings on the Patio with a glass of Wine. Angela T.
