Dodge Peak Lodge a hidden gem

It was quaint rustic motel but very well kept. Room was recently remodeled and spotless. The very best part was the food. You need to eat here. Simply wonderful.

the owners are wonderful . the Lodge has a restaurant inside the lodge Open Thurs - Sunday. The food is amazing

Friendly front desk. Not the cleanest room though. We mentioned to the front desk that there was blood spots on the box springs cover. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, no cups in the room and the toilet had a dirty film on the bowl. Noisy road next to the lodge too. Fair breakfast though. Also, The walls could use some fresh paint since there are a few scrapes on the walls.

The staff were all amazing and very helpful with excellent knowledge of local events. There is a wonderful European style restaurant on site offering really good food/wine. Breakfast offerings were fresh and always available. I would gladly stay here again!

Cute place, very comfortable and friendly owners. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant as a storm blew in and the power went out for hours. The owner felt so bad for all who stayed.

Even though this property was only 30 years old, it felt much older. The bathroom was tiny, and the room felt dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. A huge bathtub in the bed area just felt weird. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything from the adjoining cabin.
