Very nice hotel but needs some maintenance

Hotel is beautiful but requires some maintenance. First room we got the AC did not work. Second room had issues with the toilet flush and the sink. Hotel charges R$25.00 parking per night but we parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Great location, staff was very friendly too. The room was spacious, and AC worked amazingly well! Breakfast was good too. My only few downsides to this hotel was the bathroom cleanliness was very poor, and no enforcement of moose from other guests. There was a group of people literally singing by the pool, and playing instruments ..... the staff didn’t seem to care much, but it was really annoying for us without small baby trying to just relax by the pool. Anyways, other than that and being a little overpriced for what you get, I’d definitely recommend this place !

Cute design, well decorated. The room has no chair. One day there was no hot water without explanation. Excellent service in restaurant. Very good kitchen, cook present in the restaurant.

The most comfortable Hotel in the area

This is a large Hotel with 2 swimming pools, outside and inside, sauna and large common spaces. The Front Desk is not too friendly but efficient. The room has a good space but you cannot let the AC turned on, because the key needs to be inside. The Breakfast is good, they did what the could to offer us the best. The did scramble eggs by demand for me and my wife, delicious. The impression that we had is that this Hotel had better days, but is still a good Hotel. A little bit over price for what is offered, I believe 20% less would be more appropriate. Definitely if you want to stay in a Hotel that has space to relax after you do the tour, and you are Ok to pay more, this is the Hotel to be. We spent all the evenings at the warm swimming pool.

One of the best Hotels in Bonito. If is your first time there is a good option. For further visits I would go to a cheaper one.

The structure of the hotel is good, but we were a little disappointed with the room. There were some trash in the can, the door was broken, the sink and shower linking everywhere when we opened. The good part is once we complained, they got the issues solved.

Hotel nas fotos é bem bonito, mas a realidade é um pouco diferente. Os tempos de glória ficaram no passado. Fachada, piscina principal e recepção estão condizentes com as fotos, já os quartos, salão do café da manhã e infra estrutura não muito. Incrível um hotel colocar os quartos mais caros no último andar (3º Andar) eeeeeee não ter ELEVADOR ou sequer rampa de acesso. Malas são levadas pelo próprio hóspede escada acima. Estacionamento cobrado um valor absurdo para uma cidade como Bonito (R$25,00/dia) e pior, não está claro esse valor na hora da reserva. Por sorte não peguei dias chuvosos e nem de frio intenso, senão ia ter de lidar com o caminho da recepção ao estacionamento. Sim, não há outro acesso ao estacionamento que não seja pelo portão principal de entrada de veículos. Café da manhã é simples, seria adequado se fosse oua Pousada, ainda que em algumas de bonito o café da manhã é superior ao do Wetiga. Há opções, mas nada muito saboroso, demora no abastecimento até de manteigas, imagina os ovos mexidos, sucos e salgados. Ví que algumas pessoas estavam reclamando e pensei que fosse Mimimi de quem reclama de tudo, já que haviam boas avaliações que hoje eu já suspeito, mas que me convenceram na escolha do hotel. Por último não menos importante, se seu vôo chega a Campo Grande e você chega no hotel após as 21hs está perdido. Além de um frigobar vazio o hotel fecha a cozinha as 21hs (de uma sexta-feira, onde podiam inclusive faturar uma grana $$$$).

A cama era juntada então ela abri e ficava um buraco no meio então ficava desconfortável. Travesseiro baixo, toalha dura, fidida. Chuveiro ficou pingando. Barulho incomoda. Sacada suja, borracha na porta solta. Somente uma cadeira na sacada, tinha q ter duas pro casal sentar. Os móveis um pouco acabados. No café da manhã estragou a máquina de café, causou fila e desconforto entre os hóspedes. Devia ter uma garrafa de café coado. Pra quem não toma da máquina e para imprevistos como esse. Pouca opção de fruta. Tinha tapioca mas não tinha uma fruta que combinasse para colocar dentro dela. Piscina suja. Piscina aquecida estava gelada. Sauna ligou mas demorou pra funcionar tivemos que ficar chamando os funcionários para verificar. Só funcionou duas horas depois de ligada. A piscina grande tinha q ter aquecedor também, pois a de dentro ficou pequena pra tanta gente lá dentro. Já fui anteriormente e foi ótimo dessa fez foi decepcionante meu namorado não quer mais voltar.
