We had a great stay at this condo in Bonita Village! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip.Our whole family—especially the kids—absolutely loved the pool area. The Groggy Frog bar by the pool was a fun bonus and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without having to go far. The location is also a big plus, just about a 5-minute drive to the beach, which made getting back and forth really convenient.The owner was fantastic to work with—very attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I also enjoyed chatting with him during our stay, which added a nice personal touch to the experience.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

Highly recommend staying at this condo resort complex. The two bedroom, two bath condo is sparkling clean, comfy beds, very spacious rooms AND bathrooms, all the kitchen amenities you’ll need. The screened lanai is perfect for hanging out. The pull out bed in the living room is very comfy and no awkward spring mattress. Everything you could need for the beach is available in the closets, including towels, coolers, umbrellas and toys. WiFi was great throughout the property. The best part was two pools and two hot tubs. Both pools were very well kept and warm!!!! The hot tubs were perfect after a long day. Elevators and carts are available so you don’t have to make multiple trips. We’re definitely going to rent with Tom again. He checked on us several times to make sure everything was good and to answer questions.

We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights in August with kids ranging from 5-13. The pools were amazing. The kids were thrilled to find pool and beach toys readily available. Restaurants, shops and the beach nearby. Thomas was a pleasure to have as a host. He always responded quickly, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was so nice to talk to.

Beautiful Place. Best pool in town.

Room had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Full kitchen. Loved the pool and having the stairs to walk out to the pool instead of having to go to the elevator. Planning to stay again.

Beautiful property in Bonita Springs

We had an awesome first VRBO experience at this property. The unit was perfect for our family of four and had absolutely everything we needed included beach & baby gear. The resort is quiet, but there were a few kids that came throughout the week, which made it fun for my 6yo. The pool is perfect, and the bar was a great spot for a low key lunch and cocktails. It wasn't within walking distance of the beach, but they offer a shuttle (doesn't run on Sundays). I can't say enough about our experience with our host, Tom. He was super responsive before and during our trip and checked in on us as well. He also helped us track down a pack n play for our 18mo, which we needed. We would 100% stay here again!!

Paradise girls vacation

This vacation spot was a gem. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everything and the condo gives you a feeling of staying on a tropical island. The host was amazing checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication with Tom was easy. Property is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Beds were super comfy. Would recommend this property to everyone. Hope to stay again. Thank you so much Tom. Best experience to date with a rental property.

Very nice property and convenient location to beach, shopping and dining

Overall excellent stay. We had a very frustrating 2 1/2 hour check-in wait because the unit was not managed by the resident property group. Construction noise from new building being developed next door was a daily irritant but that wasn’t the owners’ fault. However, we would have appreciated the courtesy of being notified of the construction beforehand.
