This beautiful vacation home has undergone a complete renovation! The kitchen is now a stunning space with white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a sleek backsplash. The bathrooms have also been remodeled to a high standard. All the furniture, bedding, kitchenware, and appliances are brand new, too!

Located on a quiet street, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a serene vacation. The view of the lake is visible from almost every room in the house, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. You can also take advantage of the pool (heated Oct - April) and the large lanai, which has three sets of sliding doors.

There are three bedrooms in the house. The primary suite is particularly luxurious, with new furniture and bedding, and it even has its own entrance to the pool and lanai area. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in body massage and a rain shower, as well as double vanities. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and overlooks the pool and lake. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a spacious closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and designer dishes and glassware. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the lanai with the gas grill. The family room has plenty of comfortable seating for a game night or a movie night. The dining area is also spacious, with options for indoor or outdoor dining.

The neighborhood has a Publix shopping center and Starbucks, both of which are just a two-minute drive away. Publix also offers a delivery service for groceries and liquor.

The location is perfect for exploring some of the best beaches, shopping, golf, and restaurants in Southwest Florida. There are plenty of water sports and outdoor activities to choose from, such as kayaking, parasailing, and boating. Fishing enthusiasts will also be pleased to know that some of the best fishing and deep-sea fishing excursions are just a short distance away.

If golf is your game, you'll be spoiled for choice, as there are many incredible courses in the area. Shopping enthusiasts can head to the Miromar outlets for great deals or visit 5th Avenue in Naples for luxury brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, and Michael Kors.

There are also plenty of incredible restaurants nearby, with some of the best seafood in the area. Make sure to try the stone crab claws, a local delicacy. Coconut Jack's waterfront grille is a favorite among locals, and Doc's restaurant serves amazing Chicago-style pizza with a view of the sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in an excellent location close to all the amenities, shops, beach, and restaurants, It overlooks a lake and has great sunset views. We had a fantastic stay here last month with our family!!!! It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our twin 13 year old boys. They provided everything we needed for a great stay. We were here for almost a month and it was just what we needed to recharge and relax. It is only 10 minutes from the beach and walking distance to groceries and much more. We loved the heated pool! Any issues that arose were quickly solved by the team. George even brought over a brand new foosball table for the boys to use and they loved it. Would recommend for sure!!

Fantastic home in a great part of town. Close to beaches and restaurants. Marco and his associate were phenomenal. Water wasn’t super hot first day and he responded immediately and they installed a new water heater the next day. Pool was very fun and lake view was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a golf/fishing tournament. Home was perfect. We only had 4 of us but would have been perfect for our wives to come along. This is our second time to this property as it is a lovely home and comfortable! We enjoy the location to beaches and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. And also appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels for our use while there! The heated pool was a huge plus for our family too! The property manager was easily accessible and helpful! Wonderful Bonita stay

We just enjoyed 9 nights in this lovely home. It was clean, well presented with a large pool. The location was excellent. Although we were unfortunate (some would say fortunate) not to see any alligators in the lake, we did enjoy the antics of a number of iguanas outside the lanai. We have been coming to Florida for a number of years and have never seen them before. We would happily return again

Bonita Springs Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Bonita Springs. There were four of us - 2 adults and 2 two kids ages 11. We were very comfortable, house was equipped with everything, house was spacious and just as advertised. Marco was very responsive and the house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and on a dead end street which was ideal. We used the pool everyday and it was perfect for our family. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to come to Bonita Springs and hope to be back!
