Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this magnificent, fully renovated villa, set on a 700 m² fenced plot in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring a private 12 x 5.5-meter swimming pool, this property is the perfect setting for your vacation, just 10 minutes from the coast's most beautiful beaches.

Property Description
This high-standing villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It offers all the amenities needed for a peaceful holiday:

Living Space: A vast, cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, along with a large dining table for 10 people.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors: A well-maintained garden and a majestic secured pool (open from June 15th to September 15th).

Wellness: A sauna is available (off-peak season, from September 15th to May 30th) at a rate of €30 per entry for 5 people.

House Rules
To ensure the peace of the neighborhood and the quality of your stay, please respect the following rules:

Guest Profile: House reserved exclusively for families. Groups of young people, parties, and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Located in a calm residential area. Respect for neighbors is required 24/7. Loud music is forbidden outside the house.

Occupancy: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional undeclared person may lead to the cancellation of the stay or a €150 per week penalty (payable on-site).

Visitors: Day visitors must be approved by the owners at the time of booking.

Maintenance: To ensure optimal service, a technician may access the outdoor areas (garden and pool) without prior notice between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The exterior gates do not lock to allow this access.

Cleanliness: The barbecue, oven, and pool must be left clean. Trash must be placed in closed bags and deposited in the outdoor containers.

Check-in/Check-out: Arrival from 4:00 PM | Departure by 10:00 AM.

La villa est comme sur les photos, et même encore plus grande que je ne pensais. Je n'ai jamais vu une piscine aussi grande à usage privé et c'était la star de la villa. Tout était propre, les managers très gentils et facile à contacter en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr! Une seule chose à dire, il aurait été bien d'avoir quelques condiments ( comme du cafe, ou du sel et poivre, huile) pour se faire des œufs le matin par example. Aussi les lavabos dans les salles de bain sont vraiment petits mais selon moi la villa mérite toujours 5 étoiles. Nous avons hâte de revenir!

Great help with check in and check out. The pool is amazing and the large terrace is a lovely sun trap. Kitchen is very well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. Great choice of TV channels too.

Positif : Maison très spacieuse à proximité de plusieurs plages ce qui est appréciable. Piscine très grande. Équipements ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle, machine à café… ) comme décris sur l’annonce. Propriétaire à l’écoute et très réactive. Négatif : Salle de bains petites et pas très propre .Spa non accessible en été ce qui est bien dommage ( c’était une déception pour nous).Mezzanines avec marches dangereuses pour enfants en bas âge.Nous avons tout de même passer un très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison à Bompas. Je recommande cette maison mais en étant attentif sur le fait qu’un enfant en bas âge ne pourra pas dormir au niveau de la mezzanine.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren mit 2 jeweils 4-köpfigen Familien im Haus (Kinder zwischen 7 und 10 J.). Für uns hat die Schlafsituation mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Hochebenen gut geklappt. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind recht beengt, aber alles ist funktional und nett eingerichtet. Zudem haben wir uns vor allem im schönen Außenbereich mit fantastischem Pool, großem schattigen Tisch, Hängematten, Palmen, Zitrusbäumen und Grill aufgehalten - wenn wir nicht an einem der wunderbaren Strände, Schluchten oder Städtchen der Region unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet angrenzend an andere Urlauber, die man entsprechend auch hört - und umgekehrt. Für uns waren die 2 Wochen aber alles in allem ruhig genug zum Ausspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Maria und ihrem Team war stets zügig und hilfreich.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr großzügigem Aussenbereich

Tolles Haus für 7-8 Personen. Gute Ausstattung, in jedem Zimmer moderne Klimageräte. Mega Pool, kleine Aussendusche, schöner Aussengrill mit Pizzaofen. Sehr großer Aussentisch komplett Überdacht. Guter Sonnenschutz. Einziger Nachteil: die Bäder und die Waschbecken sind etwas klein. Das Haus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Nähe zu Girona und Barcelona sind für Flugreisende optimal. Kontaktaufnahme und Erreichbarkeit mit dem Verwalter war perfekt. Jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert.

Beaux Extérieurs propres et bien aménagés , la piscine est superbe et surtout très bien sécurisée ! l’intérieur de la maison est plutôt agréable .les hôtes on répondus à toutes nos demandes et ce très rapidement peu importe l’heure. L’aération des sanitaires reste à améliorer mais rien qui ne nous a empêché de passer un superbe séjour. Merci encore

Bel emplacement près des plages, de perpignan, de la frontière espagnole. Très bel extérieur : piscine superbe, de l'espace, coins détente très appréciables. Seul bémol : l'équipement intérieur mérite d'être amélioré par rapport au prix de la location : pas de wifi pendant 5 jours, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains, manque d'équipements sèche-cheveux et matériel de cuisine. Propreté de la cuisine très moyenne à notre arrivée.

La grande terrasse couverte à proximité de la piscine est très agréable. La climatisation permet de garder les chambres fraîches. Les mezzanines sont petites et tres basses sous plafond. Les salles sont également petites. L'ensemble reste confortable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour
