In the cozy 2-room apartment?Mariannenweg 13?, only 200 m from the beach, up to 4 people can spend their vacation. The apartment is located in the attic and has a living space of 39 m². You will be welcomed into a modern living / dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a radio.  The kitchen is cleverly integrated into the living area. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and kettle. The rooms are bright and friendly thanks to the many skylights. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a shower room available. The car parking space is located directly behind the house.

Arrival is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departure from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Mein Aufenthalt war super nur bestand keine Möglichkeit zur Unterstellung für unsere Fahrräder auch der Strand war nicht sauber alles andere lag in unsere Hand wie wir unseren Urlaub gemacht haben

Lage Top Wohnung Flop

Die Lage und Umgebung war super schön und auch mit dem Auto anzureisen kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist leider wirklich sehr alt und für uns war sie nicht Sauber genug. Der Duschkopf und die Toilette könnten eine Tiefenreinigung gebrauchen. Das Bett war für uns zu unbewuem und hart. Wenn man die Dachfenster zum lüften öfftet sieht man den ganzen Dreck und einem vergeht in der Küche der Hunger. Auch ist der Teppich sehr unabetitlich im Wohnbereich mit seinen ganzen Flecken. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr abgenutzt und alt. Ich hätte es auch gut gefunden das man vor Anreise lesen kann das hier weder Handtücher, Geschirrtücher oder gar ein Bettbezug vorhanden ist in der Wohnung.. Diese zusatzkosten hätte man vermeiden können.

Ansonsten war der Urlaub schön

Die angebotene Ferienwohnung entsprach nicht des Online-Inserats. Der 2. Sessel fehlte, vorhandne Sessel war instabil und durchgesessen. Die Duschamatur ging sehr schwer, brach fast ab. Starke Verkalkung der Amaturen, der vorhandene Besen war von der Unterseite total verdreckt. ( nie sauber gemacht ) Das Schild im Vorgarten entspricht nicht der Wohnung. -Exklusiv-
