The potential uses of our hotel home are endless when you rent the entire 6,000 sq ft property with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. You will have more than enough space, and we love hosting workshops/retreats/business trainings ect where you can utilize the space of the massive ballroom and you can pair up the perfect space with a custom package of renting tables + chairs from us too. Enjoy the perks of high speed fiber optic 1000 mgbs wifi, the large yard & massive parking space in the driveway. The home is a modern dream come true and is fully stocked and furnished with all living necessities.



Located in South Meridian you are just five minutes away from the brand new and most popular park around, Discovery park. The park spans 27 acres and includes a climbing wall modeled after Idaho topography, dual zip-lines, roller slides, a splash pad, reservable picnic tables and shelters, a fenced, off leash dog park, sand and water play areas and more.



You are also located within a few miles from Downtown Boise, and just minutes from the popular Village in Meridian.



We absolutely recommend you bring plenty of paper products to accommodate large groups (Plastic cups & bowls, paper plates, plastic utensils) to ensure comfortable dining experiences for large groups and families.



Additional Notes:



1) This home does not have any bedrooms on the main level; all bedrooms require going up one flight of indoor stairs. The main level of this home also requires going up one flight of outdoor stairs to get to the front doors.



2) The home owners, Kacey and Tiffanie live in the area and are often available in person and are available via text or phone should you need assistance during your stay. It’s important to note that the assistant manager of our business Premium Rentals respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement of this large house with his own separate entrance that doesn’t intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:



$50 for 1 dog



$100 for 2 dogs



Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.



Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours

City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.



Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.



Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
