- The garage will not be accessible to guests, but there is more than enough parking area to use outside.
Our house comfortably sleeps 13 with 3 Queen beds, a queen bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, 2 fold out/futon style couches (with extra mattress pads for comfort) and a large couch in the theater room that can be used as well. The home occupancy permits 14 people.
Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
You will have access to the entire place during your stay, other than the garage and one cleaners closet.
We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

Great Home
We were very comfortable at this home. It was exactly as described. We loved the park just behind the backyard. We were on a business trip and there was plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
Great amenities for the family. The projector room is really fun for movie nights and hanging out. Our kids loved the property being backed up to the park and walking trail. The location is also wonderful if you plan on going to Roaring Springs water park. Highly recommend.
