Overall hotel was prime location to be within walkimg distance to restaurants/bars/coffee shops and stores. We had the suite in which was very spacious. Only down fall was the toilet ran evertime you flushed it and so did my family's in another room. We had to jiggle handle to make it stop. When my key didnt work, I went to front desk and stood there for almost 10 min while the girl (Amy) at the front counter kept talking to another customer about food places to go... seemed she kept bringing up something else to talk about to keep the conversation rolling. Another lady came to help the customer ahead of me then myself. I found it a bit rude. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars all the way.

The hotel is the standard for this level of hotel but the price is around half of what they usually are and the downtown area of Boise is new and awesome with food etc The real review here is for the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond to say the least. Not everyone in the city is welcoming in fact ive walked out of 2 hotels to switch because of rude racist staff but here just wow amazing experience

I’ve been here many times and I have been very satisfied with my stays. This time there was a smell of mildew in the room that was a bit unpleasant at times. Very minor. Additionally there were some spots like the desk that were not fully clean. However the staff was very helpful. I appreciate the service.

Week end get away

The hotel stuff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Checking in was very easy and our room was available promptly. The front desk, lobby and breakfast area were very nicely appointed and very clean and welcoming. However, our room was worn and dated. It had a musty smell, and the only way to get rid of. It was to run the air conditioner on high. The parking area is very very tight and if anybody has a vehicle much more than a standard SUV you are really going to have to finagle to find a spot and to make the turns and corners in the parking garage. Breakfast both mornings was very nice and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Good coffee, which is always a great way to start a day. This hotel has a great location and while our room wasn’t wonderful the staff and service made it a great stay.

Check in was smooth and front desk was nice. Annoying that hotels.com does not have listed that there is a $20 parking fee. The parking garage is not meant for larger vehicles, we have a truck and was very very difficult to maneuver in the parking garage let alone to find a spot the truck could park as the spots are very close together. The parking situation is honestly why I did 4 stars instead of 5. Hotel was surrounded by great restaurants, coffee, entertainment.
