This may be quite honestly the best VRBO/Vacation Rental we have ever stayed at. The hosts have though of everything we could have possibly needed and it was all available and easily accessible. The hosts were also very quick to respond to any messages. I would gladly stay at The Grey Havens any time that I visit Boise.

Over the top

We loved staying here. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure if we had left anything behind they had us covered. They even left us fun spa face masks to do together. There was a place for everyone to feel comfy and cozy. It was over the top because of all of the extras and how well stocked each room was with anything you could think of. We'll be back!

Incredible experience with amazing hospitality

The Grey Havens is not only a wonderful, homey refuge but Hilary is a truly incredible hostess and we had such a fabulous 10 days while preparing for our daughter’s wedding. This is also the best-stocked home we’ve ever rented with so many thoughtful extras. We also loved the Tolkien connection since we are big LOTR fans!

This home away from home is perfect in every way. Starting with the hosts, who go out of their way to add special touches. For example, Hillary knew we were in town for our daughter’s graduation and she had grad themed cupcakes and balloons waiting for us upon arrival. Waters in the fridge, snacks in the pantry and treats for our pups also greeted us. The house is both immaculate and cozy. Close enough to whatever might bring you to town. 11 out of 10 for Grey Haven!

The Grey Havens was hosted by the most amazing people, Hilary and Eric! Everything was perfect. This is their only rental and you can see in every single detail the love attention and care they put into making this the very best place to stay in the Boise Kuna area We stayed here for my son’s wedding and it met and exceeded every need that we had. The bonus was becoming friends with the owners! We will be staying here at The Grey Havens again very soon!

Wonderful, spacious townhome

We enjoyed our four days in Grey Havens very much--our second year in a row for our reunion there. We are a group of friends, mostly in our sixties, from out of state. We loved the brightness, the airy light and the roominess. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful, and there was an abundance of snacks and cookware. Hilary and Eric are generous and kind hosts, and communicate well. The setting was peaceful, a quiet neighborhood of similar townhomes, and an easy drive to places we wanted to visit. A supermarket is only about a city block away, for easy grocery shopping.

This was a lovely relaxing place to stay with plenty of beds for my extended family. Things were well stocked and clean. EPIC DESTINATION

Don’t look any further this is place is absolutely PERFECT! We’ve used VRBO before and have been very pleased. But this was above and beyond any place we’ve ever stayed. I feel bad giving them only 5 stars. We always forget something or need to go grab some basics from the store. Not with this place! Everything from Tylenol to hairspray from snacks to beach towels! If you’re looking for a clean, modern, accommodating spacious place - this is going to knock your socks off!

Wonderful space, helpful hosts

We were a group of eight, high school friends from years past and two spouses. We loved this place--it was sparkling clean, with plenty of room for all of us, and very comfortable beds. The amenities were plentiful, and the refrigerator and pantry had many extras we needed for sandwich making and snacking. We were greeted with a box of cupcakes to help us celebrate our reunion--what a nice surprise! Down the street is a small community pool which looked nice, although we did not use it. Hilary and Eric were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We asked for nightlights in the three bathrooms, and they graciously provided them. It was a great three-night stay for all of us, and we recommend this wonderful place highly.

Beyond Fabulous!

A beautiful home, clean, and comfortable. It was fully stocked with coffee, spices, condiments, and other household essentials in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The host even left us some snacks including fresh fruit, yogurt, bottled water, and other items. The community was quiet, the pool was nice, and the people at the pool were friendly. There were 10 people in our group and everyone was comfortable and very impressed. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone needing accommodations in the Boise area.

Loved this experience!

We came to Boise for Idaho Special Olympics State Games. When we walked in we were met with a very clean and fresh feeling home, sweet note from the owners, and a box of muffins. This home was stocked with literally everything we might have needed and things we didn’t know we needed! We were so happy for a stocked laundry room after the track meet so I could throw a load in the washing machine. We had a question while we were there and the owner was very prompt in responding. Check in and out were very easy. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

NLC Graduation

Family gathered from 3 states to celebrate our son’s graduation. The hosts had muffins for us plus a balloon and dinnerware to congratulate our son. The location was handy for the Lineman Rodeo, ceremony at Extra Mile Arena, airport runs and groceries. The home is well stocked with the basics so you don’t have to worry about bringing salt, pepper and catsup and there are snacks and quick breakfast items as well. If you are looking for a place where you will feel at home, this is it!
