We were only there one night to catch an early morning flight but everything was great.
The carpets need a little tending; they haven't been washed in a while. I couldn't walk in my room with my white socks without them getting soiled immediately.
My husband and I were in town to photograph a wedding. I called the hotel a few days before arrival to ask if early check-in was available and to make sure it was possible to ship an Amazon shipment to the hotel because I would need something I couldn't pack in my suitcase for the wedding. I was told there was a possibility I could check in at 2 PM if any rooms were available. Upon our arrival, the receptionist remained seated behind a desk where her face was hardly visible. She asked for our reservation information and let us know that they didn't have a room available and would give us a call once a room was ready. My husband and I decided to take a nap in the car while waiting for their call. I followed up in an hour because I saw a couple of people walk in and check-in. When I approached the counter, an older Caucasian couple in front of me got their keys and were off to their rooms, but once again, I was told they didn't have a room ready for us. I went back to the car and observed as four groups checked into their rooms before we did. I refused to see it as prejudice, but it was difficult when everyone who checked in was caucasian. When "our" room was ready, it was upsetting that this specific room that they took over two hours to prepare for us didn't have toilet paper, and hair covered the tub. I decided not to deal with the front desk and bought our toilet paper, and we rinsed off the shower. Not at all welcoming and is the worst Best Western I've visited.
Staff was very accommodating
Vending machines not stocked but no watning on the machine. No service, water in GYM was out the entire stay. Towels never stocked at the pool. Cleaning staff out loud said, "Karens back" when my sister walked up to them asking for towels.... when trying to talk to GM about it he called me a liar. Told me to keep my voice down as other paying customers didnt need to be bothered. Refused to provide us with soap shampoo conditioner stayed 3 nights and 2 rooms. Worst hotel EVER
