Enjoy the peace on the edge of the forest in the apartment house, slightly secluded from the center yet close enough for a pleasant stroll to restaurants and shops. Private parking space available. Basement with 3 bikes, stand-up paddleboard, and beach equipment. An ideal starting point for hiking trips to nearby mountains. The studio is located in the attic and is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Balcony from which you can observe the nearby mountains or the mountain eagle circling around.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a balcony and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and an ironing board.
