Marketing way ahead of reality

Firstly the hotel is not in bodrum and is a 40 minute drive from bodrum. The address should read turkbuku which is in a lovely bay but very touristy and food and drinks were very pricey. The hotel is more like a one or two star hotel. Our room was small and shower was filthy with mould. There is no free wifi in the room nor housekeeping. The grounds were also dirty and littered with rubbish. On a plus side it is across street from swimming area and the breakfast was adequate. While we chose it on price the taxi from bodrum was more than the room and low price is no excuse for poor maintenance.

Very nice little boutique hotel

Very nice little boutique hotel (ie not all the bells and whistles of a big chain hotel and a few excuses too as a result) but ideal for a short stay with very enthusiastic staff. It's more suited to dealing with Turkish clients but they really want more Brits, and USA and Europeans and very eager to please as a result. Ibrahim, the manager, is really good to deal with especially if you want anything special. For instance, he went to great length, discounts and freebies to retain our custom for evening meals as we were a party of 21. Anything is negotiable but you just have to ask. One criticism is that there are not enough sun beds on the beach when the hotel is full but there are lots more on the adjacent sites and there is no charge if you buy your drinks and snacks from them as opposed to Costa Blu. Best rooms have a sea view and balcony but be sure to ask them to turn on the solar hot water for the shower. Overall a really prefect hotel for our needs after a one week sailing gulet holiday and a perfect end.

Boutique Hotel on sea front in Turkbuku

Hotel a little tired in places with a few minor niggles. A little noisy but well positioned for the "St Tropez" of Turkey. Staff and Manager were excellent and their input outweighed any problem we had.

sitede deniz gören odalara kanmayın sakın. onlar suitmiş. girdiğim oda berbattı hayatımın en kotu otel deneyimi oldu ki Hilton'dan tutun Mardan Palace'a kadar her yerde kaldım her bölgede hemde ama burası rezil bir yer. odalarda tuzlu su akıyor. duş bile alamadım. tv bazën gösteriyor bazën göstermiyor. odalar eski dökük, pencere doğramaları 90 lı yıllardan kalma, personel tek kelimeyle hödük. plajda garson bira getirdi sarıldı sigara paketime, sigara alacak. dur dedim ilk sigara bënim olmalı. hesabı öderken de 25 tl çıktı 30 TL diyor.... Buraya deniz suyunu kullandıran belediyeye yazık diyorum. aklı olan gelmesin derim.

Konumu çok iyi ... Oda, kahvaltı ve temizlik kötü

Geçen sene de bu otelde konaklamıştık . Fiyatı ve lokasyonu iyi olduğu için tercih ettik . Ama geçen seneye oranla hizmette düşüş , otelin genelinde eskime, yıpranma çok olmuş . Bu sene ki açık büfe kahvaltı tam bir rezalet . Tereyağ bitiyor garsonlara soruyorsun kalmadı diyorlar. Poğaça , simit istiyorsun kalmadı diyorlar. Kaldı ki sabah kahvaltılarında ki poğaça ve simiti yan marketten alıyorlar . Ama garsonlar gidip almak yerine kalmadı bitti diyor .. Bu gibi bir sürü yönetimsel sorunları var .. Ama en otelin en güzel yanı denize sıfır oluşu, Sahne Türkbükü , Ses Türkbükü ve Mina gibi eğlence mekanlarına yürüyüş mesafesinde olması .. en büyük teşekkürümüz sevgili Işık Hanım'a işini çok profesyonelce yapmaya çalışıyor :)

Hotels.com da bize muhteşem bir kazık attı. Acısı hala içimde. Yarı bodrum oda 5 gece 900 tl gibi ödedim. Bir üst kat giriş aynı metrekare 2100 tl gibi ödedim. Arada %100 den fazla fiat farkı var.
