Ingen fungerande TV och dÄlig (sen) Äterkoppling nÀr det anmÀldes ( ett sms pÄ söndag om felanmÀlning). Inget som ÄtgÀrdades under vÄr vistelse fredag-mÄndag. Eftersom det inte finns tillgÀnglig personal pÄ plats borde det vara bÀttre personlig support vid "fel" och mer ambition att lösa upplevda problem.
