The Space:

Located along Spud Point in Bodega Bay, this three-bedroom, three-bath home offers comfortable coastal living with direct waterfront views and easy access to the marina, beaches, and nearby trails.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, spices, and essentials to make meal preparation easy. Enjoy dining inside at the table or step outside to the deck for meals with fresh air and water views.



The primary bedroom, located on the main entry level, features a king bed, a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with both a shower and soaking tub. Sliding doors provide direct access to the patio. On the main living level, the second bedroom offers a California king split mechanical bed, a smart TV, and sliding door access to the outdoor deck. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private door leading to the front sidewalk.



For additional flexibility, the upstairs living room includes a queen pull-out sofa bed and a fold-out twin ottoman. This space also features a smart TV, ceiling fan, and sliding doors that open to the deck.



All bathrooms feature modern finishes, and select bathrooms include bidets for added comfort. After a day of hiking, boating, or exploring the shoreline, unwind in the soaking tub or step outside to enjoy the private harbor-view hot tub, especially peaceful in the cool evening air.



Step outside to furnished decks perfect for dining, lounging, or simply taking in the sweeping marina views. The private harbor-view hot tub is a favorite feature—especially in the evening, when the cool coastal air and quiet waterfront setting make for a truly relaxing soak.



Please note that the home is accessed by stairs and does not have air conditioning, which is rarely needed due to the mild coastal climate. The home is located near a main road and on a blind corner, so children should always be supervised while outdoors for safety.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, decks, garage, driveway parking, and the private hot tub. Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient experience. A maximum of three vehicles is allowed.
