First day the elevator didn’t work and we arrived at 9pm with kids tired and nobody tell us about the elevator broke, so we were set in 4th floor 😡, the pool was clean for only 3 days , A/C stop working. Power were off and the communication was terrible with the owner. He was always apologizing and doing NOTHING AT ALL. I have pictures and videos from all days that we were there. The message conversion I have it too. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND COME BACK AGAIN, by the way the security girl was nosy. Terrible experience

security guard at gate of building 24x7. Safe parking on first floor of property. Pool available 365 days per year. Boutique Gym, Apartment has kitchen great free wifi, washer and dryer for laundry. Plus free 5 gallon of drinking water whenever you need it replaced along with paper towels and toilet paper. Host speaks very good English and is very attentive via WhatsApp.
