Beautiful practically new garage studio in a million-dollar neighborhood with high end decorator finishes close to the May River. There is an open floor plan with luxury plank flooring, a kitchen area with a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator/ freezer and a private roomy bath with decorator tiles. This clean and bright studio in Historic Oldtown Bluffton is located in Stock Farm and is walking distance to many historic sites, restaurants, shopping and Art galleries. The May River Oyster Park is a short distance from this property. It is located just 30 minutes from Savannah and 20 minutes from the beautiful Beaches of Hilton Head Island. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials including a Keurig/combo drip coffee pot. Bring your kayak, paddle boards and bikes or rent a golf cart to get around and explore Old Town Bluffton.



Nestled on the banks of the May River, Old Town offers many explorations. The streets are lined with unique boutiques, antique shops, galleries, eateries and specialized retailers. The pristine river offers breath-taking vistas from Oyster Factory Park on Wharf Street as well as from the foot of Calhoun Street at Church of the Cross.



For the more active, kayak and boat excursions are offered on the river along with paddle boarding. For history buffs, there are guided walking tours of the Historic District and its structures along with tours of the Heyward House Museum. Old Town Bluffton truly has something for everyone.



Bluffton offers shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities on the May River. Old Town Bluffton is easy to get around on foot or bikes. Golfing and Shopping at the Outlets is just a short drive away. This perfect location is close to the beaches of Hilton Head which is less than a 20 minute ride. A visit to Savannah or Beaufort is only 20 miles away.

Convenient lovely old Towne location

Our family (all 17 of us) got together at our daughter’s house in stock farm. We were within a short walk to her house. We enjoyed the convenience and quiet of the location. We also got to see the turkey trot which hopefully we’ll participate in next year.

This is a beautiful, quiet property that is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, safe neighborhood that is close to shopping and dining in bluffton, driving distance to Savannah, and near Parris Island. Highly recommend. And we hope to book again when we come back for more visits

Perfect vacation spot.

Ideal spot to stay near Hilton Head. Less than a twenty minute drive to do anything you want in Hilton Head without the mayhem of staying on the island. The rental was well secluded off a private lane and extremely quiet. Privacy was not a issue at due to the neighborhood it was in.The property is perfectly located in Bluffton so anything you want to do is less than a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Definitely will stay there again!

Bed linens, comforter and towels were of poor quality and need to replaced. Wash cloths like sandpaper and towels were very small. No wine glasses or opener available. Note to host: Kitchen faucet needs to be tightened. Great location for our visit but would not return.
