The main floor features a king bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. So much fun in the creek! and meadow/firepit! Creek was perfect depth. Easily accomodates 8 adults and 2 children but be aware bunk room is small. Plenty of sofas and seating for eating, games, etc. Kitchen fully stocked for pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, but lacked pot holders, pitcher for lemonade, etc. and like all the 100 vacation places I've rented not enough dish towels. Grill and hot tub worked great! Lots of steps down to river and meadow but well maintained. Lots of nice porch seating on every level. Was nice to have fenced area for dog. It is large and wooded area so we walked the fence line to make sure she couldn't get out anywhere. Would stay again with large group. There were no AA batteries which we ending up needing.
