If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. There is definitely some potential at this property if these issues are resolved, but not at this price point. Not even close.
