This unit was remodeled in 2023 with New Flooring, Paint, appliances, cabinets/Countertops, fixtures and includes new washer/Dryer!

This unit is furnished with Queen beds in every bedroom, Couch in living room , Kitchen table in kitchen, and family fun arcade machine!!!

Great location for visiting IU! Was awesome for game day weekend and owner set up fun light up blowups in yards which really made it special! Perfect for a group. 4 full bedrooms with en suite baths plus an extra half bath with full size laundry was great. Nice decor and finishes. Great that there were easy to use TVs and alarm clocks in each room. Bedside power strips were great. Plenty of towels and blankets. Really nice to have soap as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in each bath! Kitchen needed a few more dishes and fresh cleaning sponge and supplies. Loved that there was a deck. Cooler was great to have. Loved that there was a bag set and other fun interactive things in the unit. Great place to party for game weekends!! Also quiet street and little traffic so felt safe and relaxed.
Outdoor decorations for game day provided by owner! So fun!

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing that stood out was a dirty washcloth in one of the showers. That was kind of gross, but other than that, it was clean and well maintained. It was quiet and comfortable. Thank you, I would recommend to others a stay here, if they are in the area.
