Wish we stayed longer!

Beautiful hotel at an amazing price! Wish we could have stayed longer. We were in town for a quick trip to IU. This hotel would be awesome for an extended weekend. It was so clean and the breakfast was the most fancy hotel breakfast I have ever had!

We have stayed at other hotels in Bloomington IN, this is by far our favorite! Great night sleep, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent staff and yes we will be back!

Great place, but my only search filter prior to booking was a hotub & I found out the hotub wasn't working after checking in. Big bummer. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund. Hotel staff was amazing, rooms are big & clean. I just wish Expedia description was updated to reflect the ongoing hotub repair/restoration.

Starbucks was close by. Seemed like nice area. The pool seemed dirty and not well taken care of. The #1 reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub and when we arrived we found out it was broken. Huge disappointment. Emma at check in was phenomenal. Cannot praise her enough. So kind and handled everything wonderfully. Lobby was beautiful, check in and check out was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.

I especially liked the welcoming and friendly staff. My grandson had a great time in the pool. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and the wide selection of snacks available in the lobby.

I've been staying at Homewood Suites for 20 years every time I visit Bloomington IN. The staff was wonderful, the room were good. However it was disappointing that the pool area was very poor. The pool area had a dramatic amount of mold looking stains along the entire ceiling molding. I had 6 grandchildren with me who love swimming and after using the swimming pool once, we never went back in fear of contamination.

Hilton not working with Diamond Member

I was not happy about this, and one I am looking into moving on from Hilton. I stay at Hilton for business all throughout the year......all the time. This one particular stay a conflict came up a week before visit and I called and asked to cancel - even spoke with Manager - Melissa. No one was willing to work with me on cancellation.....so I hope Hilton will be happy to lose a thousands and thousands of dollars a year customer over $458.

Very nice environment. Upscale appearance with a comfy lodge feel. Every staff memener we encountered over 4 days were bright and friendly. We'll definitely be back.
