Common areas and room were very clean. Staff was friendly. Only minus was the loud music in the workout room. I asked if the music could be turned down or changed and was told it couldn't. I didn't like the music and it was so loud noise canceling headphone's didn't help.

Our stay was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. The general manager happened to be working the evening we checked in. He was personable, kind, and funny. I have never encountered someone while checking into a hotel, that seemed to truly care.

We loved that this property had snacks on site as well as a pool. The pull out coach needed a new mattress as the coils were easily felt by just placing your hand on the mattress. Our blinds and phone didn’t work on arrival and we had to go down stairs to request for maintance . The front office lady had to wait till her shift replacement came so she could come up and fix since their maintenance people were not there. Our blinds got temporarily fixed and our phone was able to be replaced right away. The staff was very friendly when we needed to ask them questions. The breakfast we had ran into a few errors. The main one being that the milk they had for guests while the date claimed they were good many of the cartons had already turned and curdled. When a guest brought it to the attention of the staff they didn’t seem to want to believe her till they themselves opened a carton and saw it. I wish there were a few more egg free options as we have an egg allergy in our family. Other than that the stay was nice and we enjoyed having space for our family to sleep comfortably minus the coach bed that needs a new mattress.
